I get SP mostly if I nap during the day, it’s horrible, I feel like I’m getting pulled out the bed by my feet, I logically know it’s not real but also don’t have the ability to wake up.

I woke up once and couldn't move or get up but I didn't get any weird hallucinations. It didn't last long though just a couple of minutes

Hi tobes nice haircut I had sleep paralysis and on night I was dreaming about me swimming and it was scary I thought I was drowning my eyes were open and i was panicking it is scary
