They don't buy computers every time they take a project on. Budget delegates*what* studio takes on the project, how many people there work on it for how long, etc. The quality of the product has to do with the integrity of the people working on the project.

That was animated _SO _*_BEAUTIFULLY!_* The camera movement, and the scripts alterations to match the anthropomorphic animal aspect of the animation was done so well that it was not only hilarious, but casual enough to the point it fit beautifully as well! I had to rewind multiple times to observe this master piece!! Not to mention based just on (I think) the *Manga!!!* 🎬In short, *_I loved it!_* 😂🖌📽🎞
The Determined Ninja, one of the reasons his fight animations are so good is because he knows how to animate weight in an inherently weightless environment. Gives the ordinary punches enough weight to feel powerful and it makes the more powerful strikes explode with force.
There are several deviations from the manga in this, like the way garou buried genos, the way garou recieved the eye wound and garou picking up the tree, which doesn’t happen during his fight with genos but later on near the end of his fight with bang and bomb. Nonetheless, this fight is done fantastically and I find myself at times preferring it to the anime or even the mangas versions of it.

It Could the dog is a big hunting dog, and our cat is kind of ridiculously small for a male cat. They’re pretty fine if they’re inside as they are mostly in separate places, and when they do meet out dog just pokes her nose into the cats face as the cat pulls her head back with a displeased face. However if they’re outside our cat is much more wary because of wild animals, and so his instinct is to flee when he sees the dog approaching, and seeing him run away puts the dog into haunting mode. It’s one bite and he’d be dead. It has almost happened a couple times and we obviously try to discourage the dog from doing that. Thankfully the cat is now wise enough to completely stay away from her if he sees her outside

Because this guy has passion for what he's doing, and wants it to be the best he can make it. J.C. Staff, which did Season 2 of OPM, did it because they were commissioned to do so, and they didn't even get a very good team together for it. They were chasing a paycheck. J.C. Staff has animators that are quite good, as seen in Danmachi, so they can animated when they want to, but One Punch Season 2 didn't get the attention it needed to stand up to season 1.

@ALSO-RAN ! cmon that was the money shot, and dont talk about flow of season 2 , the whole season had abrupt flow here and there ... Putting atleast this shot would have pleased the manga readers who drooled over this panel in manga ... Flow of this scene was messed up to begin with in anime ... Which lead to them takin this shot out ... Only if Natsume sir would have be on board for this season as director ;-; maybe we would have seen better flow and execution like season 1...

@@2phonebabykeem913 Well actually, most companies try to make it look like the 2d characters, and they lower the framerate by an extreme amount.
Different art styles is a big factor,less detail on the characters makes it easier to animate them in 2d or 3d
most manga art styles don't work well with 3d.
Land of the lustrous has a really good animation even tho it's in 3d
Atleast this One showed Garou lifting the damn free and making his hair red like the manga, the anime didn't do that

Because this guy has passion for what he's doing, and wants it to be the best he can make it.
J.C. Staff, which did Season 2 of OPM, did it because they were commissioned to do so, and they didn't even get a very good team together for it. They were chasing a paycheck.
J.C. Staff has animators that are quite good, as seen in Danmachi, so they can animated when they want to, but One Punch Season 2 didn't get the attention it needed to stand up to season 1.
