Sometimes all the pieces fall into place... perfectly. This song and 'All or None' are the two standouts from this show for me. The entire concert is outstanding. One of my favorite 'bootlegs' by far. They were just feelin' it that night. The crowd was a good one and the band feeds off of them and gives it right back ten times more. As someone else said: EPIC!!!
This solo and the Crown of Thorns 2000 Christmas single... My favorite McCready solos, hell... My favorite GUITAR solos of all time. Period. Never before has my soul been so deeply moved by mere auditory sensation!
I've put every fiber of my soul into singing this song correctly and wow people were turning heads like this dude has this. song to a T , and the place quickly packed its doors .
Ever think Boom just looks around like Damnnnnn... especially his early years in the band. Maybe by this point he's used to all the greatness but in some of these early videos he looks like he's standing in awe.
alsome verison I huge fan of PJ I love the verison/song i'm piss that i miss them at the Barclays in oct had to wk and couldn't go to the show anyway next time i'm def gong a big fan for the last 20yrs bro u guys rock and sound so good thxs again mk/nj.............
Just herd this version tonight its very good, but not surprze I would believe that PJ would sound real good in front of there home town people, its sounds REAL GOOD keep it up guys a huge fan from NJ......
wow they sound alsome and the scary part is that this was done almost 10 yrs ago and they sound so damm good I can't wait to see them when there in the NJ?NYC area or even the MSG. were they are alsome great to hear this song a big fan from NJ and who was lucky to see PJ perform for the last 20yrs keep it boys
Damn that solo was awesome! This version is easily waaayy better than the studio version could ever be but I'm still gonna have to side with Seether, Shaun really throws down when he covers these songs.
Amiga Amanda a tens gravada no Live at The Benaroya Hall in Seattle, un dobre CD acústico que quitaron no 2003 a beneficio da organización Youth Care. Tamén podes ver o video do concerto completo en TH-cam mais xa non é oficial . Eu tamén adoro este album. Un saúdo desde Galiza.
I like how they don’t cross that line of ‘jam-band’…it’s mostly a structured-jam; different from a ‘Free-jam’, which we saw at local Universities, but was it really free?, was it really Pearl Jam!? 🍏it was, it was.
well the album version is on Songsterr.com (great site btw) u can kinda get your bearings there.the original sols pretty easy but McReady did alot of improsing here, plus he has a 12-string
When this sound was written, Layne was alive ... this sound is a tribute to Kurt Cobain, after what happened. But here in this 2003 concert, maybe it could be interpreted for Layne, since he passed away in 2002.

@@mirkoz8529 to me that is the best.. such raw feelings for Eddie and The Boys. Dave on the drums and the way he played them. Totally unforgettable.
Remembering my friend Jon, HUGE Pearl Jam fan. Died five years ago today. Thanks for the memories Jon.
It's incredible how good Eddie's voice sounds, it's so powerful and warm

Where was this show ?
@@hx5159Benaroya Hall Seattle WA 10/22/03
Você falou exatamente o que eu penso. All or none pra mim, a melhor versão já feita é desse show.
Fantastic acoustic version
oh. my. awesome. the instrumental guitar sessions...so delicate and how they merge into their synchronies is nothing less than supernatural.
My God what an awesome version of this song!
What an awsome universe universe for this in being in it.
I had just moved to Seattle, and wasn't able to get tickets to this. It sold out so insanely fast. Still have regret about that to this day.
One of the best versions of this song!❤️💖🎸
best version of immortality I've ever heard...the solo is amazing
Thanks for posting these videos! I was lucky enough to be at this show, it’s awesome to relive it.
This and Garden are my 2 favorite Pearl Jam songs!!!!
i went through like seven live versions of this in the past half hour and this is the best.
Such a different music would have if we had all grunge singers together today..thanks Eddie for keeping Alive from 90's
I just close my eyes when I hear this song....just absolutely stunning.
BEAUTIFUL!!! 😊💓🤘✌️
amazing! his voice is so comforting!
incrível apenas, mais de 7 anos que conheço e ainda sinto o mesmo que da primeira vez

I love how the crescendo just builds at the end of the song....

Eddie voice simply boooom👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
I'd like to see Eddie Vedder & John Frusciante creating a song, I think it would be a master piece! Let's make a petition!
this is genius
I sense. Love.
Would love to!!!
Hell to the f****** yeah! Pearl jam kicks f****** ass!❤❤❤
You do not need flashy lights, pyrotechnics or any of that other fluff when you sound like this.
Sorry for the loss of your friend....
Thank You, Pearl Jam.

Mike's all bloated from the steroids for his Crohn's disease
Just herd this version tonight its very good, but not surprze I would believe that PJ would sound real good in front of there home town people, its sounds REAL GOOD keep it up guys a huge fan from NJ......
best solo of all time, takes me to the cliff and rolls me right down the hill

Greetings from the Golden the state, just gotta' love that subliminal pseudo psychedelic narcotic driven melody. Yeah baby!
Mike McCready estava inspirado demais nesse show. Apesar de tudo estar equilibrado ele foi além.
2:25-3:45 heaven!
love!!!
Damn that solo was awesome! This version is easily waaayy better than the studio version could ever be but I'm still gonna have to side with Seether, Shaun really throws down when he covers these songs.
Yeah he did better than the original
immortal version of immortality , also immortal eddie´s haircut :)
Pra ser perfeita só faltava ser gravada em estúdio ❤

Per sempre con me...
the best one
great
@SCOTFRA I guess it's for keeping the timing in the strumming pattern during the solo (and because it looks kinda cool)
You say "One of the best Immortalities" I say "the BEst one" by far...
rip kurt
Some die just to live...

Thx bro.
miss you kurt
what does Kurt have to do with this?
When this sound was written, Layne was alive ... this sound is a tribute to Kurt Cobain, after what happened. But here in this 2003 concert, maybe it could be interpreted for Layne, since he passed away in 2002.
soo fucking good!
@MrGodcre8s Now we see why not everyone deserves Immortality
Are you like Seether's version?)
Rubbish
The lyrics though
🎩🌹🇮🇹
so you are surely better... which band you play in??
Eddie looks like Jose Mourinho. :o

Mike Mc-fucking-Cready!!!!!!!!
This is not from 2003
Freddy Tay Tay ya it is it was a charity concert on October 22,2003 three months after Riot Act Tour in Seattle Washington
Why does Eddie have gray hair...?
Mike Schostok it’s blonde, I think he and Chris Cornell dyed their hair in tribute to Layne Staley.
I have never seen Chris with blonde hair. Can’t imagine...but he’s beautiful whatever.
lol
This ain’t seether? lol
um...yeah playing a major chord when your supposed to play a minor isn't great....
Eddie Vedder looks hella old
