    I’m curling 85 pounds right now with a EZ bar I can do about 10 reps but a lot more stable and slowly focusing on the eccentric.

    I can cheat curl that amount for 4 reps. But I can curl 45 Lbs Ez bar

    Oh god no! Slow down! You have no control over the weight. Curl the bar up, the rest of your body should be still.

    Ok, slow it down a bit mate, your form is ok, but the speed your curling at is wayyyyy to fast. Keep up the good work though

      @@trevnthetractorguy4259 well you can still grow your arms with shit form, but just not as effectively, and you will progress a lot slower than if you had good form. also other exercises do target the arms aswell.
