Hi you will need to have a QR code to visit jardin de tuileries where the claudron is currently situated if you want to see it from near but the inscription is really difficult. You can nevertheless watch it from outside ( area around concorde which is accessible to everyone without any pass)every evening after sunset when it takes off in the Sky.
