    We were met with instant hostility when we entered the facility. The security guard was very rude and unprofessional. He also attempted to lock us in the building.
    Newnan PD did a great job and upheld their oath and enforced the law today.

    Overwhelmingly, in your videos, I am seeing that law enforcement in the West Georgia area is very astute and can make the right decisions while upholding their oath. I live in the area, and I have been very pleased with the local officers!! The security officer needs a little re-training and to remember he can't just raise his voice and tell everyone what to do. To me, he seems to act like certain teachers from back in the day who just bossed everyone around. Thanks so much for showing what is right in local law enforcement.

    I have multiple horror stories dealing with that office. The lady who called the manager, Sara, is actually the DA who works out of that office. I had to get in touch with the 2nd in charge of the state before I got something accomplished during the pandemic. I tried to file a complaint on the office to get the district managers office I would have to get it from the person I was complaining on. The hotline wouldn't give me the number even though on the state website it said the number was posted in the office lobby. Only thing with that was the office was closed to the public.

      @@imtheman4805 when you are held to certain laws and those people are the ones that enforce them then your right I support people who make sure they do what they are supposed to do. Thanks to that specific office I was arrested one 3 separate occasions because of clerical errors by their employees. I also spent 18 months trying to get money they owed me and only got it when I contacted the 2nd highest person in the state that is specifically over child support. I spent countless hours trying to get the information for anyone with some authority and ended up having to find it on my own by happening across his contact info online. Why wouldn't you want people who you pay the salaries of to do their job they way it is supposed to be done. I mean there's a reason why there's contracted security at an office with very little traffic compared to other state offices around town. They don't have security at those other offices. This office used to not have any. I imagine it came along with the previous group and the way they treated people. I actually asked that they handle my case because I wanted everything documented by a 3rd party. That was a huge mistake. I will say there were a few people who they had working there that treated people like humans and actually done their job how it should have been done. There's others who I would love to get treated like they felt they could treat people. Looks like those folks are not in that position anymore so karma might have gotten them in the end. So if you don't think people should do their jobs and their jobs according to the law then you are the sheep. No I take that back your nothing but a troll and apparently something here bothered you enough to start calling people names. Maybe you should change your name to I'mtheboy cause Men don't get online and call other people names because they commented on a video. I'm sure GT really likes it though because it helps his channel. Please let all your buddies know about the channel and yall keep racking up the views and comments for him.

    Have you researched if you can record in a CSE office? A lot of public offices cannot allow it in the building because of HIPAA laws and confidentially policies and that includes the lobby.
    FOIA also may not be able to provide you with all the video recordings if there is a client in the video or if there is audio of anyone discussing a case. HIPAA would override FOIA in this case.
    Also, agencies like DCFS and OCSE are not going to typically provide a list of employers lower than management because employees have been targets of violence. Also, there tends to be a high turnover rate in these positions because they're low paying with high case loads. The employer roster you have today may mean nothing by the end of the month.

      No disrespect Russ however you are expecting from him a courtesy you are unwilling to extend to him (your name) I understand what you are doing and why, & I support that 100%. This gentleman has a supervisor he has to answer to which isn't you (again no disrespect) his job is to secure this location and 1st and foremost and I can understand why he was skeptical. People are on edge and regardless of our constitutional rights as humans we need more patience with one another especially in these times. And for the record I didn't approve of the way you both responded to each other, nor your manner of speaking to the ladies. And it's ok for me to say that. I only commented because that dismissal resonated with me and it was simply an observation not condemnation for what you are doing.

    • @georgiatransparency
      @georgiatransparency  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I understand he has a supervisor to answer to. However, I have spoken with the company that employees the security. There policy is that they must at a minimum provide a name. Therefore, he broke his own company policy. I do not think I was disrespectful when I entered the facility. I explained I was here to film and take some pictures. Why does a firm and confident voice come across as disrespectful? I could careless about how anyone's feelings.
      It appears that basic disagreements forms the manner of disrespect. The security of the facility acted out of control when I refused to comply with the demands he made. However, the demands made I was fully able to respectfully decline. How does this constitute in disrespect?
      As for Andrea the manager, she appeared not qualified to managed this facility. The employees lacked basic customer service skills and she was unaware that her office was a public office.
      Your points are noted and thanks for the review and comment.

    You need to quit threatening people with law suits, and demanding names, you make people mad, and they will eat your lunch

    The manager requires a reprimand as well. She is shirking her duty, and I doubt she’ll even follow up with anything once you leave. What ‘clarification’ does she need to provide the names of any staff in the building. Staff are also reprehensible. What kind of service do they provide to the public? The security guard is likely required by his employer and state law regulating security companies to identify on demand. Fire him. Cops were adequate. Guard was an ass.

      That is true. I do not believe unarmed security has to be certified in Georgia. I am going to look into this and if this is the case I will filing a complaint with Georgia and Dynamic Security.

    The guard was NOT as bad as you made him sound at the end of the video. If you're going to do audits, don't exaggerate shit.
