I nearly cried when Sarada said “Lord 7th considers everyone in the village his family”. It gave me straight flashbacks to when Tsunade walked around the village before she became the 5th and just talked to gennin (Shikamaru & others) then reminisced about Sarutobi and said “The will of fire burns brightly in these young ninja, you were a wonderful Hokage, Sarutobi Sensei” 😭 Damn these moments in Boruto have been extremely rewarding.

@@sunjinwooisthebestprotagon3537 I think I saw a post from I believe Kishimoto somewhere (take this with a grain of salt because I just found it on a website and remember reading it a while ago) that said something about how Kishimoto saw Sarada as the female version of Sasuke, but then decided that a girl with Sasuke’s personality would be “scary” (this kind of bothered me but it is what it is), so he added Sakura elements to her so she would even out. I think that’s what sets her apart from Sakura and makes her - in my opinion - a more interesting and layered character than her mother.
I like how Sarada explained this to Kawaki so calmly. HER VOICEEEE GOSSHHH

The character development in Boruto is insanely good. While watching we think we seeing only development for Kawaki, but Sarada right there, with the vision of a Hokage, to protect and share feelings with everyone of the village like family. ARGH I LOVE THIS 😭❤️

Naruto is still a great, loving and caring father. That birthday cake incident was just a bit poor from Naruto. But everyone got over it and it doesn't matter anymore. Naruto would do anything for his family unlike other people.

Here's why Boruto is a great sequel to Naruto, the emotions are just as strong. Kawaki has an incredible development.

Starting out it was annoying and no where on the same level as Naruto had been. It's taken awhile for the storyline and character development to mesh with the fans of Naruto. Not putting it down but I don't know if it'll have the same impact as the Naruto series did and still does to this day. The character, Kawaki, brings another dimension to Boruto and makes fans remember WHY Naruto is such an important role still.
It's just everyone and their opinion, Naruto fans don't accept the new generation, unlike me I'm a fan of Boruto and I think it's the best

I still hold some resentment to Naruto in regards to how he treated Boruto, but the two made amends with one another and he's improved on being a father to him.
Well Naruto learned from his mistake with Boruto, so it makes sense that he'd make time for Kawaki and Boruto. Besides, he was tasked to watch him so he didn't have a choice anyway.

Not a love story
This shows just how Kawaki truly feels about the people in his life. Naruto is more of a father than his biological father ever was to him. And he proved it while comforting him when he was traumatized with visions from his past.
It’s such good character writing to have Naruto be a Hokage that goes out of his way to make everyone, even potential threats to his home, feel welcome and loved after his childhood alone.
