I was reading the manga from the beginning. This relationship was hinted at from the beginning of the series. When Naruto was about to fight Gaara Sasuke asked him to protect "those he cares about the most" Actually the same with Naruto and Hinata happened. At one point he comments on how he couldn't stop thinking of her but didn't know why. Those moments are very easy to remember but have a good payoff lol

The sharingan is known to cause immense strain on the eye so if anything it’s the uchiha genes that probably caused her poor eyesight. But also I believe it is stated in one of the novels that when sasuke left it caused baby Sarada a lot of emotional distress causing her to unlock her sharingan at a very young age which she couldn’t handle and caused to catch a very bad fever.

Yes it's true that Sasuke is not always at home because of his missions, and Sakura understand that. This is what her husband need to do, she is a very supportive wife. And even they're far from each other they have ways of communicating each other to get updates. Also, Sasuke sometimes comes home late night to sleep. (Sakura mentioned this in Boruto series)😁😉♥️

No actually because here’s my theory, remember when shsui gave up his eyes I think sarada inherited that and now has weak eye sight
The sharingan is known to cause immense strain on the eye so if anything it’s the uchiha genes that probably caused her poor eyesight. But also I believe it is stated in one of the novels that when sasuke left it caused baby Sarada a lot of emotional distress causing her to unlock her sharingan at a very young age which she couldn’t handle and caused to catch a very bad fever.
Funny how they hate on Sarada but conveniently ignore how Obito had problems with his eyes. They make up petty reasons to hate on Sakura even if it's nonsensical.
