I was told to be carefull moving the laser around manually, bc it creates energy/electricity in/on the motors... and that can damage the mainboard.

if you need to power down and do multible passes for better quality cut...then 40w is the better deal.

20 w about 0.2 mm wide cut... 40 about 0.4 mm... and 60w about 0.6 mm..
