Mr Uday Nad is very correct.It should be served in big leaf since the gravy will will get adulterated with News paper.Otherwise the food served is very appreciable.Since the West Bengal is completely blessed with Ganga water there is no shortage of vegetables which is the reason for selling so cheap.
