If this was being developed in 94 and 95, then how could this have been cancelled due to Turner's purchase of Hanna Barbara in 91? I don't know why this was cancelled, but my guess is maybe it was because it was way too easy. They could have fixed that issue though. Such a shame it never got finished and released. I'm sure it wouldn't have been great, but it looks like it would have probably been something like a 6 out of 10 at least. I know that most people consider a 6 to be very average or even bad, but that's not the case. 6 would be a little above average, and anything above average is worth releasing in my book. The graphics are very impressive for their time and really show off what the SNES could do. Music isn't anything outstanding by any means, but it fits the game very well. Controls are also good. The weakest part is probably the gameplay itself, since although it stands out a bit from other platformers with the whole being chased gimmick, it's just not quite enough and feels kind of bare bones. It plays just like an episode of the cartoon though, which is really cool and almost makes up for it. Also, there obviously may have been more to the gameplay had it been finished.
It’s now 2024, and I’m still being questionized by the fact that you somehow used a cheat code to hackermen the whole game by skipping each level after the first one. And yet, I’m still shocked no one else who played this cancelled prototype to this day managed to beat this. Is it still possible to do this even without cheats or no?

Actually looks like a very good interpretatio of the classic! I was only familiar with Sega-s Tom and Jerry, but it was based on MOVIE, which sucks.
