First,power off your tablet completely.
1.Press volume down+power button...here you will see these options:
>Start
Fast boot
Recovery mode
You need to use only power down button to navigate..volume up to confirm.
2. You will then get a bunch of options.This time you can use volume up and down to navigate.Power button to confirm.
3.Choose "wipe data/factory reset.
4.after that you will see too many "no"s and one yes option.Navigate to yes with volume buttons and confirm with power button.
5.Your tablet is now factory resetted.Now highlight the reboot option and press the power button to reboot.
6.You can now use your tablet in factory state.
I also have Micromax P681 and tried it myself.So you can trust me :)
