This was clarified on discord as the actual gencon event description didnt mention this. So far I dont believe they have spoiled the promo you receive yet for any of the gencon events.
Lgs is getting more chapter 1 . Not a lot just 1 case or 4 booster box . So I wouldn’t buy at this price . If your LGs is cool enough you can get 1 box for 159.99 plus tax
