It gives only 15 to 16 kmpl milege in city and 20 to 22 hardly on highway. Maruti is only company in India who always misleads to their customers in terms of milege.

I discussed this issue with service center too they told swift is not designed to run at 100 kmoh in 3rd gear, so I did not try again , but after seeing your video I would like to know this low end torque issue. For very first month of purchase it's pick up was really great that I didn't check but I am sure it could catch a speed of 100 kmph in 3 rd gear. After first service of 1000 kms after purchase it's pick up vanished and never returned till date. If it was company filled oil which was giving me such a good power delivery in lower gears or mechanics disturbed it in first service, I have this swift vdi December 2011 purchased and still running great with 24 km/ litre in new condition. But I still miss the punch which I got before first service. I don't know how to set it, please focus some light on this issue. I discussed with service center guys this issue but most of them are not competent enough to answer or solve this issue. In 3 rd. Gear my swift can go upto max.60 kmph.

I had service from outside those guys are not matured enough to understand this very deep technical issue they even broke oil filter cap while changing oil filter ☺️. If you have some idea then tell what could be technical reasons behind this under performance of engine after first service. Or you make video showing 2-3 different swifts diesel which clearly shows 100 kmph in 3 rd gear . so, can show service center guys and can force them to fix the issue. Or tell name of some very good expert in your city I wouldn't mind to fix this issue there. I run extensively by this car across India. At present I am put up in Jaipur and travels between Jaipur to Bhopal regularly covering a stretch of 600 + kmph in 10 hours, With or without breaks sometimes.
Thing is, there can be various issues- Get your car checked via OBD Clean your throttle body Try synthetic oil for free movement of pistons Could be an ECU problem Clean oxygen sensor Check brake pistons for malfunction There can be many things reducing your speed/power output. Nobody can decide by just looking at question. All of this is hit and trial until we have the issue. You may get result on first try or you will have to check a lot many things. You won't get any to the point solution.
