Eve has his own story to this song but I think you might be onto something here. I wrote the progression "that makes a hero" "To be your hero" "Cus I'm your hero" myself since the literal translation is "That's a hero" all the way through, but even disregarding that... "I stumbled more than anyone we ever knew, I was delicate" hits so much harder imagining it comes from Bakugou...even "If I met you again I'd say that anyone can save the day" is him finally acknowledging Deku..
TLDR: I can totally see it, thanks for giving me a new way to look at this song!
