Hey Guys, I would like to know what yall want me to try to cook next in the roadpro... I have another cooking video coming real soon :) stay tuned. Hit that bell notification button at the top of the page just below the video so that way you wont miss my next video. 😁😁😁
I tell what's funny, I've been driving for 31yrs now, when i first started cooking in the truck to save money i bought one of these 12vlt cookers and all i ever cooked was hot dogs and leftovers from home , to see that i can do more with it really blows my mind!😊 Even though nowadays i have a truck with an A P U that powers everything like my electric skillet, my crockpot and my George foreman grill, but i still have my road pro handy! Great video and thanks for helping me see i can do more! God bless you and your family!
I believe it reaches 300°. I keep tins in my truck but I mostly use tinfoil it's a whole lot cheaper. 🙂 Video is awesome! Never did spaghetti will be trying it soon.
I don't know if it will affect your cooking time, but I use a small bread pan inside the cooker. I had to cut the handles off the ends to make it fit the portable oven. I can cook a can of chili in 25 minutes with it.
Is you pan metal (likely aluminum)? And do you ever cook tomatoes in it? I’m considering using a bread pan too but online it says not to cook tomatoes in it. Wondering if you’ve had experience with this?
Awesome video I just bought a road pro and was looking for good recipes! I definitely wanna try that beefless crumble don’t think I’ve seen it before but I’m gonna try and find it.
MrsMommyTrucker Yes I did. You know, you can even cook microwave foods in them. You just have to let them thaw first. I'm probably going to do a video on it. Great thing is, the oven is clean, green and safe.
Never used one of these before. Just bought one. So, did you cook the noodles first, take them out, and then cook the sauce next? Does anyone cook in these things without using an additional pan? Sounds like a disposable pan is for convenience to eliminate clean up. Need to learn how to get the most out of one of these. Thank you for your video!
Update. We were primitive camping in the desert for months with a butane stove. Because of frequent high winds we weren't able to use that stove much. Sure was glad we bought the RoadPro. That was a lifesaver! Many a cold night was made better by a comforting hot meal! It's a gem!
If you have an APU with 120v power you can boil water for the pasta in 1-2 minutes, pour onto dry pasta, cook that in the lunchbox cooker. Strain the water when noodles are ready and pour sauce on them and simmer for a few minutes. It speeds up the process. My electric kettle costs $12
Yes, in a car, it is using 12 amps, which is a lot, so at least the vehicle should be idling. Really it would be best to cook while driving as some recipes can take a while. Might be different for a truck driver. Their vehicle batteries may be bigger .
If you know how to use chopsticks 🥢,. Keep a couple in your truck, easy to use, easy to throw, can also be used as kitchen utensil to move food in cooking, stirer for coffee,. 'Air drums' during long trips, use in picking cheese puffs, won't messed up your hand, and reuse it as toothpick. (Just kidding)
For anyone who knows better NEVER USE canola oil EVER, use ANY other oil. For anyone who doesn’t know better well good luck I’ve found there’s no point trying to educates you.

“Ray-goo”😂
You know you could just put it in all together and save a step. The pasta can cook in the sauce.
Looks yummy! Great video! I bought mine a few weeks ago and love it. Havent cooked in it but use it to really warm up my leftovers.

MrsMommyTrucker Yes I did. You know, you can even cook microwave foods in them. You just have to let them thaw first. I'm probably going to do a video on it. Great thing is, the oven is clean, green and safe.

if you had real raw ground beef would cook that up first by itself??? thanks liked the video
I think 2 cooker boxes would make more sense. Speed things up, Especially since truckers do not get a lot of down time.
Victoria Price yes ma'am I have 2 now.
You could've skipped adding the water and added the mushrooms without draining and added more mushroom flavor. Looks good!

Please make enchilada
If it start tasting too salty then you know he did not wash his hands

Question why didn’t you cook the meat and the other stuff before the noddles?
daniel drumm I found that the noodles take longer to cook.
We call the spoon/fork Spork
The lunchbox cooker is supposed to go up to 300 degrees, it cooks steaks completely
Harry Balls I've cooked a steak in it before, it came out really good!
Awesome
Can you use glassware ?
Yes, if you can find one that fits. Not easy
do you have to run the vehicle while cooking
Tom Smith no, but it seems to cook faster... just my opinion.

Nicole Wallace I've never tried cinnamon rolls, but that sounds delicious!!!

I use no vegetable oil the process they use to express the oil is highly toxin , I use cold pressed organic coconut oil only 😊
I hate mushrooms
This is a disappointing contraption.
lost me at vegitarian....
She explained how tasty and more convenient it is.
that vegetarian shit. can not taste just like beef
No disrespect but you can keep that fake beef I will use real beef in my spaghetti
If it tastes just like hamburger, why not use burger, dam vegetarians.
🤣😂For MOST vegetarians, it's a moral issue. NOT a taste issue. As a vegetarian myself, I thought her comments odd.
@@SanchoGracie I was kidding.
