Love it! Recycle, reuse, re-invent into new. I’d add “feet” off any sort or really height as a finishing touch if not on the rug. So many options to personalize for individual taste. What you don’t have budget wise you can make up for by being creative and repurposing items/flipping into practically new items 🙂

❤ I'm IN LOVE with this shelf design ❤. I'm going to "attempt" to make this, but in 1/3 scale for my doll house 😍. My hobby is making furniture, decor and all the things you would have in a real house, but in 1/3 scale for my doll house. I think I might have told you this before 😀. I've made almost everything in it myself 😊. What I LOVE the most about my doll house is that it doesn't even come close to resembling a "typical" child's dollhouse. It actually looks like a real house, but in doll size. I made everything to look as realistic as I could. It's so much fun and I REALLY enjoy doing it ❤️! If I can pull this off, my plan is to put it in the living-room of my dollhouse and decorate it with some really cute decor I made to resemble decor I actually have in my own home. I even made 1/3 scale succulents that are absolutely ADORABLE 😊. It's actually harder to make miniatures than I initially thought it would be when I first started making them. So I hope this turns out how I'm picturing it in my mind. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for always sharing your master pieces with all of us ❤️.

Yes! Please! Those mending plates are really not meant for that type of use. I would also screw in a piece of wood at least across the back for added support and resistance against torque. Otherwise, great idea. I also may have used made instead of the wood for shelves. Lighter weight, thinner profile, but still supportive.
Love Love Love. I live in a small space with a galley kitchen. That is a perfect solution for the counter wall facing my living space. I'll be using the lower stools.
