- The miscarriage or an abortion can be emotionally and physically very painful and even devastating for a woman. Most of the women are not able to come to terms with the loss and the grief and tend to blame themselves for it. There is always a question if there was anything which could have been done to prevent this. in this video, we talk about what causes a miscarriage, what does not cause a miscarriage and what can be done to prevent this in future.

@@Ammugaja61 No we didn’t take any , we had done all the test we could do before hand and all positive, unfortunately miscarriages are normal , think positive, before a miscarriage, you are pregnant, so you can get pregnant . Stay positive and keep trying

@@Ammugaja61 There’s not much you can do, unless you have had 3 early miscarriages, then it’s just a matter of trying again. Miscarriages are normal, they happen to all types of women and there’s no real reason as to why. Some women have miscarriages and they don’t even know they were pregnant, it’s a journey you are on and just stay positive .

Ma'am please reply i m 7 weeks pregnant and had light spotting yesterday, i rushed to the doctor, she did an ultrasound and told me that only the sac can be seen no yolk or fetal pole...
I m really upset, she suggested me a follow up after a week
Don't worry.. Do a transvaginal scan.. It should show it.. If not seen it might be too small and you need to repeat test in two weeks.. It will be visible by that time

Thanks for covering this Dr Anjali. This was explained to me by my gynaecologist also. However, my father in law got upset with me for this and my mother in law said it wasn’t in my kismat and I on other hand did retaliated that it was none of the two. It’s a simple biological process and is a chance event and if you understand science and biology even at a basic level it’s a not an uncommon phenomenon. We want more awareness about this topic in every household. Lots of love to you Dr Anjali. You’re the best.
Right whatever happens inside is beyond medical.we can be careful only.
A lot of factors are environmental. For example, living in a city with so much air pollution is the biggest cause. It isn't talked about because most research happens in developed countries and the air pollution there is negligible

Hello, I had a miscarriage last Dec’22 , 5 months back. I have been taking Folic acid since then. Now this month we tried to conceive in my fertile period, my LMP is 22April’23. Madam. Your video is very informative as always. Our doctor gave me Hcg injection and duphaston tablets now and said these may help to sustain pregnancy. If miscarriage is nature’s action to prevent abnormal birth are we doing wrong by artificially trying to sustain the pregnancy

My wife had missed miscarriage at 8 weeks. At 6 weeks scan fetus was perfectly ok and sound heart beat. But at 8 weeks scan fetus was normal but with no cardiac activity. This was our first pregnancy. We both are sad, depressed as well as shocked.
Its very common to hv mis during 1st 3 months. U should never announce it before completing 3months.

@@relaxatry2347 it means you should not tell anyone about the pregnancy until atleast 12 weeks because the chances of miscarriage will greatly reduce after that...if you tell everyone before 12 weeks and then if miscarriage happens then it will be a very painful situation for you...

Before u start to plan to conceive, please ensure ur TSH levels are normal. dr Will advice you medication to have in control.
TSH levels in first trimester are very important as your baby would need ur support for thyroid.
So there will be a need for close monitoring like on four weekly basis to adjust your dose age.
Don’t worry it is easily manageable
Of course regular workout, less stress and yoga helps your TSH to be regulated.

I had a CM at 5wks in June. TTC for 4 month now and negative. I have regular cycles, ive been tracking ovulation, doing everything right during the fertility window. I got pregnant after a month with my son. Last pregnancy within the month I got pregnant. Now it's like a chore, anxious wait every month. I've even stopped my 2 cups caffeine and swapped with decaff, im eating extra healthy, light exercise. Trying to sleep 7hrs a day and stress less. I'm over 35 and diabetic during last trimester of my successful pregnancy in 2019 and the diabetes didnt go away but we'll controlled dr said its remission.

❤Sorry for your loss. I feel your pain. I lost mine at 16 weeks we got tests done as well and nothing came back as to what could’ve happened. Wish we could’ve gotten some closure. Doctor said look at it this way it’s better not having a health issue cause then you would have to be stirred in a different direction to make sure the next pregnancy will go smoothly. Or not be able to get pregnant again.

Hi mam I'm sheetal mam mujhe period aake aaj 11 din ho Gaye h,means 13 period date finsh date 17 h,toh aaj mujhe pure 11 din hue h,aur mujhe 22 jun 2021 yane kal mujhe halka curd jaisa discharge ho raha tha aur utrss bhi open jaisa laga raha tha toh mere ovulation najdik h aur maine 22 June 2021 ko raat me relation bana liya toh right time h pregnancy ke liye kya?aur aab woh diccharge bhi light ho gaya h,utrss Bhi halka sa close hogaya h, but morning me mujhe abdominal me ekdam halka cram araha tha aur morning me left side heavy lag rha tha toh Kay ho Sakta h

I had 3 missed Abortion and one chemical pregnancy ..All test are normal .. Almost 6 iui done ..still trying no results Apl. Test karyotype result ok then why dr pls reply me ..4 years
