You missed one: the music that plays in the opening scene where sonic is on Green Hill zone running around is from the cutscene that plays from waiting on the title screen in Sonic Mania!

You missed one. after the final battle, when it cuts back to tom's house it plays a calm piano version of the song played in Green Hill zone in the games.

10:20 Little correction here but according to one of the writers, Pat Casey, olive garden was actually meant to be a joke, not a product placement. It was mentioned several times to solidify the family message.
Also a little more easter eggs/references:
- Baby sonic shows a large sunflower in the very first scene. This is the same sunflower you see in the first sonic game
- Sonic plays baseball, just like in sonic x
- There's a street called 'Marble Street' which is a reference to 'marble zone'
- Sonic has a hammock in his cave, similar to the one he had in sonic boom and sonic x
The echidnas were shown at the beginning of the movie

Stuff you possibly missed:
1. I don't think that was a reference to Sonic pinball, but it was probably just a reference to how you need to defeat Eggman in the Sonic games.
2. In the car chase scene, when the tiny Egg robot is lazering off the car roof, Sonic says, "You have car insurance, right?" I believe this is a reference to when Sonic appeared in a Progressive commercial.
