So, as a Missourian, I can say that our capital is technically the same, but it's in the wrong spot. Jefferson City is basically the exact center of the state, along the Missouri river between St. Louis and Kansas City.

Honestly this video made me proud to be from Minnesota.
Our glorious people:
-Overthrew the bourgeoisie in order of a unified class of people within the working class as our first government choice
-Destroyed and puppeted the Empire of Wisconsin when THEY attacked us first
-And then proceeded to chill out and somehow managed to maintain perfect peace with seemingly everyone else despite the chaotic setting.
Downside:
-We decided to make the hellhole of Minneapolis our capitol instead of St. Paul
-Eastern central Minnesota is now a nuclear wasteland
Overall pretty successful game for us
