More line on 400, I have a 300 and will be spooling with 30lb braid, about 300 yards. Should be good for jigging in the ocean. 300 is tiny, I have a 2001 Conquest 300 and it looks like a monster next to it.
@@wardman7655nice might get the 400 with gloomis imx swimbait rod, have a 6.6 expride xh with curado dc 200 good barra rod 300 might be better on that for cods also.

Reason it’s has a liner on it Open conventional is what your looking for if your looking at in the waves 50 yards yea it can do that
