From my understanding it's because of better single target damage, & better clearing of armored and unyielding knife is amazing but not the best with the above targets at times
Knife is 100% better for this imo (or DS). Both have better damage and mobility. I have a video where I did a knife run with stealth and a few people said all it did was showcase how broken knife was and one mentioned wanting to see me do the same run but with an axe. Honestly I just wanted to try agile since I've never used it, but I think it didn't really do anything for me here (just from what I felt, I haven't watched the vod back). I would probably swap it out if I did this again. Scourge gives knife pretty insane crit if you run Lacerate on it, along with the best mobility in the game. Also Uncanny is just really good in Havoc.
@royal_bloody lol yeah I gave a popular darktide streamer a knife build that he loved but his comment section shit on him for using it. Makes sense, impressive you still did it without the movement shenanigans
@@seancase71 It's honestly funny how much hate knife/DS builds get. Doesn't matter what content you're doing or how you actually play, people see them and just freak out. Stealth literally breaks and turns off the enemy AI, but people will try to argue that high mobility weapons somehow 'break' the game even more so lmao

My guess is he's using its bonus crit chance and shred to make Invocation of Death proc constantly while also having unlimited dodges with agile.
