Fantastic work. I can't wait until you help us learn more about this beautiful freedom of watercolor. You've been leading us that way with your paintings and it's very exciting.
As always, I not only love Viktoria's work, but I also love the enthusiasm with which you present it to us. Please do a lesson on how to achieve this look! I always find these videos so inspiring. Thank you.
I LOVE her paintings and particularly how she uses the colors! I’ve always been curious about how she creates her art! I wish I could see her paint in person, or in a process video. But there’s very little available on the internet. Thank you so much for this review video!!
Hmmm...do you think the light value tree branches could be done with negative shape painting? Thanks again, Liron! I love your painting masters series!
That was really interesting. Your description was spot on. The soft blends and sharp details, how she leads the eye, and scale. The night scene is amazing as you said, with the light sky and brilliant night lights. Thanks Liron.
Her art is just stunning! Love the boldness with colors. A true master. Wonder how she keeps the distinct light/white areas with her w/w technique. It doesn't look like she uses masking fluid. I could look at her paintings without tiring for hours. I can see some of her influence in your watercolors. 😊 Thanks for this video, Liron.
Indeed, her work is wonderful (: As for maintaining the lights, once you skip an area (which indeed - looks like she's doing), you can charge in a lot of paint (darker and stronger) wet in wet, and they will stay away from the dry area. And you can then tilt the paper to push the paint in different directions. So that might be a way to achieve this, or it could even be how she's doing it 😁
Hi Liron, I love the Painting Masters video series that you have been making. I have not watched them all, but I am certainly going to. I really, really hope you continue doing this series! Thank you for the video's
Hi, I’ve been looking at her paintings and I too am miffed about the sharp edges. The way I can see to achieve some of these effects is to leave certain areas dry to start with…. Though I admit it does not seem to be the case. She says that planning is key…. Well, ya!!!!! But I can’t see getting those sharps by waiting for near total dryness in some areas. I’m really working on wet in wet these days (the more I do, the less I realize I that I don’t even master the basics of the technique.) and I will try some of my hypotheses to understand what I can achieve. Thanks for sharing your analysis of her work.
Haha yes - it’s a challenging aspect of watercolor 😁 I think the secret to cracking it is in experimenting and finding your own perfect timing. On the one hand, you could say it’s science with rules (water - paint ratio), but on the other hand every person will enjoy different aspects and timings of wet in wet.
Love it, Liron. I’ve learned so much from your painting masters videos and it has helped me take that same approach to other artists I love as well. You should review Milind Mulick sometime. He’s an Indian artist with amazing colours in his paintings!
Stunning Beautiful work using vibrant colours . I am a huge fan of Umberto Rossini and he also did a video on her work . I would like to see you do a " Painting Masters " on him Liron . Thank you for the time and effort you put into helping us to all become better artists . I have learnt a lot watching all your videos .I am always delighted when I switch on my iPad to find a new one from you !.

I subscribed to your channel. I am the first to comment. I have seen these paintings. The color is very exaggerated. It is a very distinctive work. like very much. Follow the painter to travel. Let's work hard together.
I see possible use of white pastel (lights in the ‘red tables and chairs restaurant’ painting). What do you think? Thank you for this excellent tour and quick breakdown of these beautiful pieces-well done! (And to the few dislikes-really? Just leave if it’s not of interest to you. I just don’t get it…sigh😑)
Thanks for sharing this amazing work! Her paintings really showcase much of what you are teaching. Just lovely!
So happy you enjoyed it, her art is indeed wonderful 😊

It’s closer than I thought, making real strides with the course. Hopefully going to be one of the best out there 😊🙏🏼🙏🏼
To vary the edges she’s actually drying some areas with a tissue to get hard edges and living wet areas to get soft ones
Actually this is very interesting trick. This thing has been bothering me for some time. Will try it out.
What stunning work. So beautiful. I really love this series you are doing. It inspires me to try new things! Thanks for your video.

YESSSS!! So happy to see you talk about Viktoria!! Thanks, Liron🥳😀❤

@@JessicaSandersArt I think she runs a damp/wet brush through the paint "at the right stage "
@Jane Divett Thanks! I have only seen a video of her painting once, but it didn't show the whole process. I would love to take a class from her
So enjoying this series having just discovered ur channel. And id not been familiar at all work this artist so thank u for this wonderful video!
很喜歡她的畫風和意境 令人驚喜的作品❤

😍
Thank you for sharing your perspective.
Amazing! Thank you for showing this artist to us! That technique! How she does it?!!!!! And those colors!!!!!

Liron, loved your discussion on Viktoria's work.
Very interesting techniques used in these amazing artworks.

Terrific. Strong chroma, but then also very subtle things in the wet in wet.

Thank you Liron. Can you please explain how does she paint the little tiny white branches of the trees ? IT seems that she uses guache or not !
Great and useful 😄
Have u seen Frederick Brosen his skills are unbelievable, I am so intrigued by his work, I find myself staring at them for ages.
Checked his work out, it’s incredible 😁
Beautiful
Thank you so much it’s very inspiring....

Very Turneresque. Good vid bud.
magnifique!!!! j'aimerais avoir une démo sur Michaël Soloviev magnifique aquarelliste...ce serait super!!!merci!!!!!!!!!
❤️
vos cours sont ils traduits ou avec sous titres français svp?merci!
Another great female artist in watercolor is the Swedish Gunnel Moheim.
Re looking at the first example, it seems to focus on the chairs..ppl are walking, the chairs are inviting, but..no one is sitting..interesting..
It's not bad.
Viktoria does not use a masking fluid -watch her videos; she works in alla prima.
