📌Some Notes: - I've been playing this deck for 3 days just to get decent repllays, but still can't grasp the whole potential of this deck, - The synergy between branded and chimera is kinda clunky, chimera combo it self require normal summon, means you can't normal summon aluber to search branded fusion, you must get branded fusion without normal summoning, which is only thru cartesia + saronir/albion - the important chimera fusion are level 6, means cartesia can't summon them - I havent try the patchwork engine, But I think its preferable to play that version over this, branded engine makes the extra deck really tight - Overall I don't recommend this deck at all
Mm ive seen people cut the bystials, an use branded opening. As for the extra deck ive seen just the 5 branded stuffs. Ive seen more flood gate monsters like the tiger one back in earlier 2007 or sumthin. I know its a hard board to play against going 2nd but thats about it
I agree, the synergy is kinda clunky. I play this dec a lot, and if I play branded package is only 2 albaz, 1 brafu, 1 kitt. Generally this deck does better with beast / fiend and illusion cards. I personally like playing the chimera melffy variant with nightmare magician. The best thing about this deck is the grind game.

It can be discarded or used fusion material for for guardian chimera or the 3100 attack chimera and put on field with either your second big wing baformet or by bandaging the 2100 attack chimera. Can also be discarded or both super poly. I use it in this deck and it’s become more consistent against opponents since adding it plus it’s great against mikanko

It offers more diverse interactions that branded normally cannot perform on its own. So each excels in different situations
This deck with a runick engine came runner up at a recent YCS. Worth considering.
yeah i'm trying it now with runick, able to normal summon berfomet by tributing runick is very consistent
