Hey Jimmy! Few times have I seen you this touched by a Karolina performance, this is clearly your thing! This video just reached 1M views on Karolina's channel, and the other one, on Dovydas' channel is doing comparatively very well too (for his channel's size. I believe that song an original by him). Moreover, there is a video short circulating with them performing the final of none other than "Stairway to Heaven". I agree, Zep is IMHO the best rock band in the history. A couple of months ago, a fellow fan (unrelated to this community) noticed some signs that led him spot this collab and kindly gave me a heads up, that's why I got to know Dovydas, he's quite something and this only goes to show not only his own showmanship but something we already know as we as fans have experienced countless times: Karolina's versatility not only as a cover artist, but as an "interpreter" of the original works, making them her own, and, in this particular video, her capability of jamming and improvising too. Thank you to my dear friend Toivo for bringing us this excellent video which is still having an excellent reception as you can see in the comment section of the original video. A quick community announcement: KP Violin reached this week 2.1 billion views and KP Official, after its revival, finally reached 1 million subscribers (turning it into the third largest KP channel on YT, only after KP Violin and the main fans channel (1.2 M subscribers). Hello again! A few more words inspired by Jimmy's mindset categories. As I have been classically inclined but non-elitist open-minded music teacher all my life (as some of you may know), something changed for me quite suddenly about four years ago. A young 12yo sweet girl practically opened a new wide musical world or perspective to me - quite randomly as it was an unexpected YT algorithm feed out of blue. So I got acquainted with her by chance as I suspect many of us did at the beginning. After the first video I watched I just got somewhat interested and wanted to see some more. After about five videos I started to get a feeling of being hooked. Then I started to watch everything methodically and here I am. She was not a classical prodigy for me as I knew the world being full of young instrumental prodigies - practising more, playing very difficult repertoire, winning competitions.... She played a cheap commercial violin and was not always clean-sounding. At first she was just a sweet child street musician - I even asked myself is this allowed? But there was something very strongly added to her seemingly easy music arrangements and playing style that produced some extraordinarily strong attraction even for such unbiased "classical mindset" as myself.. Fearlessness, genuineness, charisma mirrored in a precious smile, overwhelming love of what she does, natural movements, very attractive influence on her public, especially small children, humbleness and warmth of general behaviour and many other things. I widened my research and gradually started to see the full person of this remarkable child. And finally - it goes without saying - fell in love with her as have we all, including Jimmy our friend here on this wonderful channel. So now I actually don't make great difference between "classical mindset" or "rock mindset" although I still prefer melodious organized form music. I have to admit I still know relatively little about music outside classical sphere, so I mainly make my choices by intuition telling me what I love and what other people might like. Mostly my intuition succeeds, but sometimes fails too. My mindset doesn't prefer if Karolina plays rock or pop styles better than classical. I'm enamored by the fact that she is able to transfer almost every musical style into her violin strings. I love her enormous versatility, like a Renaissance period "jack-of-all-trades" personification, I love her uniquely developed dancing and sound-producing style, I love the way she loves her family and all the world she knows. I love the lighted up, positively spirited and humbly mellow way she advances on her musical path, I love her voice and vocals. A musical angel in every respect of the word indeed! We all feel so much better after having watched her making music or just simply living her life. But of course you all know this perfectly without my babbling here. May it grow and continue long! And BTW Dovydas looks like a Witcher from the Netflix show and actually acts like the musical witcher. Cheers to everybody present here!

It doesn't matter if this Lithuanian man came from Mars or from another galaxy. The camera didn't focus much on my dear sister Karolina's innocent and beautiful face. And the dancing, smile and beautiful and unique eyes of my sister Karolina were not shown much. For me, the best part of the video was when my dear sister Karolina shot the soccer ball beautifully while running. I hope my dear sister Karolina is always happy and healthy.

Update 2 - thanks for correcting the original comment. I still wait for STH. When doing Daniele videos I always chose their collabs from Karolina's channel. If STH appears on Dovydas channel I'll consult Jimmy about it. Meanwhile - Protsenkos are hoarding a lot of very interesting material - whole Vivaldi Winter with chamber quartet on the street, her violin teacher present, as well as her own first compositions played in a youth festival some time ago. @@toivotraksHi Toivo, about STH what you saw is pretty much what it was. They made a whole performance together indeed, over an hour long. For Karolina it was "Kashmir", ILTWYKM and "Espresso"; for Dovydas it was WLOL + the intro of STH we all saw and two originals from him: "Heaven" (already on his channel) and the yet unreleased "John Smith", which is actually a very beautiful song. Karolina made an impressive arrangement of it but the song will of course be uploaded on Dovydas' channel. Although they might have agreed on the LZ songs prior to the performance, the improv was absolutely legit. Let me know if you want to see any part or the whole of that 4K performance. The hoarding (you forgot November Rain and one unknown more song with Anna K) most likely obeys to the Christmas season and they having a vacation, as usual. Cheers!
