That RS5T horn is everything, the P5 isn't bad either. You can tell the engineer is not wasting any air by blow them horns.

Central Columbiana & Pennsylvania (CQPA) operated from 2001 to 2004 and was controlled by the Dardanelle & Russellville Railroad of Russellville, Arkansas. They operated with two ex-CN GMD1s and five ex-FEC GP9s. Unfortunately they never did very well, suffering derailments almost every day, and they went bankrupt as a result of the bad track and constant derailments. Ohio Central then briefly returned and made extensive repairs to the trackage, but they opted not to continue the lease and that's how Youngstown & Southeastern began in 2006
