The stakes really being this high for Chp 4 huh. ^^; Nagisa having the stress to deal with the Sisterhood and Knights Hospitalier(?) breathing on her neck along with the politic unrest from Trinity forming lynch mobs on Mika. Mika herself for her crimes in assisting Arius with their attack on Trinity using her Tea Party status and power to get them to the events that lead to Vol 3 happening, on top of risk being expelled from Trinity if stripping her of her power wouldn't be enough on that. Even Seia has problems of her own deal with, like her potentially declining health and apparent inability to tell between what's real and not, of what she's seeing is something that has already happened or yet to happen, including a vision about the end of the World/Kivotos. Yikes lol. Once more, Hanako's lucky in not being part of the Tea Party. These girls really need a hug goddamn. On another side, it's pretty wholesome that Sensei cares about each and every one of the Tea Party. And in return, the Tea Party show their trust in Sensei: Nagisa trusts Sensei in them getting Mika to attend her hearing, Mika trusts Sensei on their word that Seia really forgives her for the stunt she pulled on her, and Seia trusts Sensei enough to explain about the possible future she saw that she wouldn't tell anyone else with. Though it helps that Sensei did interact with each of them, but I figure they all come to trust them enough for their help. After all, they're Students too like everyone else is.
