I'm a 55yr old Grandma and I love Yungblud. The only concert I have been to was his online one during C.... and it was amazing. His mind, energy , honesty and empathy make for a beautiful soul. Great interview 💛💛
So proud to live in a world with people like you! From someone under 30 - thank you for being open minded and letting love transcend through multiple generations, it makes the world a brighter place 💛
Dominic IS like a powerhouse of energy! You can't help but be swept up by his positive vibes AND the joy he shows in just being alive . Yeah , I am sure that he has been to many dark places during his growing up because his songs reflect that , however he IS definitely on the right road now . Yeah , he exudes such a wonderful naturalness about himself that you just can't help but love the guy .
I was at Bludfest. Everything Dom envisaged came true. It was truly, genuinely a beautiful day. Every single person there got it. Just unimaginably safe, loving and awesome. My teenager found three new friends in the tent, I spent 7 hours "alone" without her because of it... But i wasn't alone. I spent those hours among people who i knew had my back... I say this as a 55 year old, who has dealt with social anxiety and panic attacks for the last 20yrs! Not a single fuck was given that day. It was magical. Thank you, Dom. You're fucking incredible. X
That’s awesome!! Keep rockin out!! Age doesn’t define youth & you’re living proof of that!! I love to hear it!! ❤❤ I bet you’re a really fun person to be around!! Much love!! 🫶
I had heard of Yungblud but never listened to anything he had done and this has made me actively search for his music, I am a 53 yo woman who has added another genre of music to my library, he is so down to earth and northern I loved this interview x
Hey Jamie, thank you so much for being such a great and authentic interviewer, I love the fact that you let Dom talk but also related to him and created a safe space where it felt acceptable to talk about everything from self loathing, insomnia to being a cheeky lad almost giving his 65 yr old Math teacher a heart attack. This really was great company! You've got yourself a new subscriber. Dom, I love you sooo fookin much mate, met you about 3 or 4 years ago (When you did the NYC surprise concert at Washington Square not too far from NYU), you had a surprise concert for those that couldn't afford it, then gave away free ticket. I was able to see you reaallly close (like up your nose kinda close since I am short and you're bloody tall mate) Then went to your night concert after making new friends at your surprised concert, having been worried that a weirdo like me was not gonna be accepted but the Black Hearts completely accepted me with open arms. Fast Forward to TX last year, I was able to go to another one of your concerts and give you a bracelet I made after the community help me get to the front and I called out to you "OI DOM, I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GIVE YOU THIS PRESENT FOR A YEAR NOW!!!!!" That was one of the most memorable days of my life, feeling accepted by you and everyone around us. I've always struggled with self loathing and feeling like I am too much or not enough,I've been insomniac since I was like 5 or 6 yrs old, struggle every day with my relationship with food and feeling like I have to be a certain weight, past abuse from people that I thought I could trust and always feeling like I am some weirdo walking around in society but unable to connect with others. You are fookin beautiful in and out, Dom and don't you ever forget it, mate. You've created such a massive movement. Thank you for existing. Thank you Jamie for the beautiful interview and also for trusting us the viewers enough to also be vulnerable. Hope you are able to make it to Bludfest! I am gonna try to make it to Bludfest.🖤🖤🖤
I was lucky enough to meet Dom TWICE. Once in 2018 and again in 2022 in Oregon for M&G's. In 2022, he spent over 10 minutes with me and his team was so sweet and took more than 100 pictures of us throughout our entire conversation without me knowing. He was so kind, intelligent, thoughtful, and genuinely a sincere human being. I absolutely loved talking with him. I'm not his expected type of fan, as I'm 49 and look like the epitome of a "Soccer Mom" ⚽️ (Football anywhere else in the world outside of the U.S!) Dom is exactly as he appears with every person he meets. He holds your hand while looking directly in your eyes, hugs you and kisses your cheek. He is just so damn loveable. The highlight of my meetings were when he later threw me a stage worn Beatles shirt of his that I still have to this day and I got the coveted "I fookin' love you!" before saying goodbye. I'm so happy to see others get to see him live and those lucky few who get to meet such an amazing person. My hope is you all get a chance to see how he really does care about all of us, no matter your age, your race, religion, sexual identity, your prefered gender/pronouns, or even physical ability.....He just wants to make our world a little brighter, with no judgment! I hope he one day sees how many lives he's saved and changed, just by being in our world. I don't think he really comprehends how special he is and how many lives he touches through his music and being authentic to who he is, unapologetically. Sending you ALL much love and light, wherever you find yourself in the world. 🫶🖤🩷🖤🩷🖤🩷🖤🩷🖤🩷🫶
Wow, I can tell by just like ur writing that he really touched you and like what he's doing IS actually making a difference in people. U sound really down to earth urself! I love this! From one legend to another, have an amazing day❤
This has made me a fan of the person he is. Lovely interview. We all are surrounded by light and have light within us. It is not all dark. Thank you YB x
This was a thoughtful interview. Domˋs energy, vulnerability and honesty is wonderful to experience. Loved hearing his stories and his vision for the community. 🖤🎶 As someone who is dealing with trauma recovery and eating disorders, I want to thank both Dom and the interviewer for touching on this subject. I know for myself that my hatred of my body stems from the abuse I endured and that has manifested into disordered eating. Iˋm working on recovery and I wish all who are also on similar journeys much love and strength. It wasnˋt your fault. You are safe now and you are loved. 🖤
I’m so glad he opened up about his eating habits. It’s not easy at all, I was in denial for a long time and still have told anyone but it makes me feel ok because even my favourite artist goes through things like this so if he can deal with it I can too. I always thought Dom looked great in nearly every outfit I’ve seen him in so maybe people see me that way, it’s just a personal thing where you feel weird about your body and I think it can go away with time and effort.
I'm a 49 year old ADHD empathic mum and I fuckin love Yound Blud and Dominic ❤️ He's real and our marmite!! He's such a good soul 🤍 Laughed and cried through this interview. When he dueted with MGK loved him even more!! OMG!!
Dom, or Yungblud, is really the superhero I needed throughout my life. He's helped me so much in accepting myself and also accepting that I'm kind of weird, I always have been and probably always will be, and that's okay. I'm trans, so for a long time I felt like a freak, an alien, on my own planet. And I found Dom and his music and he said to me you know what? You are a freak, an alien, but so am I, and it's okay. We can be freaks together. Someone's fighting for you, for the weirdos and freaks. Thank you Dom, and godspeed to all my fellow freaks 💖
I found this guy today and I'm in awe with his energy, he is a dichotomy, he looks and talks aggressive and all gothic but his message and attitudes are so positive and nice! we need a world made of this.
This is truly one of my favorite Yungblud interviews. He can speak openly, is not interrupted, is listened to and you can tell from the questions that people have really looked into his person and his story beforehand. Interviews like this are really nice to see. He's such a great person, live on stage but also in quieter interviews like this one. 🖤🖤🖤
I’m 60 and just found and love love love Yungblud. I feel like he has a Bowie-like spirit coming through him and it’s just beautiful to see. Seriously talented, unique voice, fantastic attitude… please world, don’t break this boy. We need him!
This was such a great interview. Fascinating hearing 2 people with ADHD talk about a shared experience. I massively relate to so many of these issues and find both Jamie and Dom incredibly compelling.
Incredible conversation. For those unloved, bullied, forgotten, unwanted, not good enough and so on; there is always that light inside of us that rebirths the flame without the need for oxygen. People that find that power and share it, hats off to you.
Just be you Dom. You aren’t losing anyone. Being genuine makes you real. That’s what people love about you. Even without the music, you’ll still have the same huge following.
I am 55 and only just begun listening to Yungblud and I love him his music is so raw ,he is not afraid to sing about serious things that happened to him.God Bless him.
He is such a beautiful soul for so many reasons. Funny, caring, unapologetically himself. Would absolutely love to meet him someday. He seems like someone i would immediately get along with 😂 love his energy. His music is really good too! Im newer to his music and him. But i really vibe with both. And his real name has been a favorite of mine for a long time. Hes so honest and open. Love that for him. Glad he is still here sharing his personality and talent with us.
I think I was destined to see this tonight because my mental state is horrible. I am a first timer watching Great Company and this session has helped me more than you know!!! tytyty much love and light Blessed Be xoxo
I am a 68 year young person that by happenstance just discovered your music over the weekend and I absolutely love it and I am besotted by your vibe in this interview. If you ever come to the Albuquerque area, I hope to come to the concert. Good on ya!
He’s a good guy Dom! It’s his energy we need in the world, genuine! Us empaths have to be careful thou soaking up everyone else’s stuff like a sponge, we end up wrung out and dried up! 🖤
What a perfect example of never judge a book by its cover. His heart is absolutely pure, his ideas are based on making everyone feel like they belong which is honestly amazing ❤
I just went on a binge of yungblood. I grew more and more respect with each song. I was super amazed he can play the piano and guitar and sing so great the same time.
Such insight... seeing the younger folk discovering exploring accepting and facing self personal growth ect earlier in life is remarkable. At 49 I'm both envious and saddened, saddened that I hear and see all the things I was isolated in thinking feeling experiencing, and that the roots of these weeds have grown so thick, have twisted and wound themselves so tight it's hard to breath. While I'm trimming them with a blunt pair of Poundland secateurs... you guys are tooled up, full PPE weilding a chainsaw! Love it!
I liked Dom before I liked his music...I didn't "get it" before, but his authenticity just draws me in more and more. I would love the chance to just sit and talk with him, he seems like an incredible person and I love what he does to help people realize we aren't as alone as it feels like.
Authenticity in a World of filters, photo shopping, influencers, image consultants and narcissistic entrepreneurs is as rare as spider's teeth and the most valuable trait a human can possess. I follow Dom blindly with complete trust , what a guy ! ❤
I'm 50 and love this lad, not only is he beautiful to look hes beautiful inside out hes breath of fresh air, keep rocking, and can relate to him a lotx
Love this podcast dom talking abt his life struggles makes me feel not so alone. He had me crying knowing that i wasn’t alone with mental health struggles and he always has. NEW FAV PODCAST 🖤🖤
Hey Blud, Donny lad here @56 years. hope ya enjoyed ya journey and WoW, how much have you found yourself and now have buckets of compassion for others. You are now the superhero you wanted to be for us all no longer a victim only a fantastic guy. Keep Rocking it Blud loves ya loads and many thanks🥰 Also Jeff Swift says Aup lol.
I just love this! I think I would love to just chat with Dom forever. His mind just jumps around like a hummingbird! This is a great interview because it feels like the interviewer was really connecting with Dom and almost wanted to turn off the camera and just not have to worry about being professional or if the footage was good. I am just so impressed with Dom every time I see him!
Nobody will leave. I'm 45 and I love some of your tracks... you have great energy and wisdom. and I feel your a genuine, friendly sometimes shy guy, PEOPLE LOVE YOU, BECAUSE YOUR REAL.
I met Dom at his last minute gig in Donny. (Pink coat) & it's been on my mind regularly since how I could see how much pressure he felt. Glad to see thst he's trying to let the pressure off and be happier. P.S. come back to Donny man.
My new fav interview. Everytime i watch an interview or see an edit i fall in love with him because he is so genuine and raw and is stating his opinions and being himself and he is not one of those celebrities who tries to be attention seeking and abuses their experiences for attention. For example when he was talking about being SA'd at seven. He was like yeah it happened and it shouldn't happen to anyone and its in the past now fook yeah. Anyways i love ya Dom and i wish i could make it to bludfest but life hates me and being 14 and living in the usa i dont see that happening anytime soon😢. (Abandonment is my biggest fear too. Yay now we're besties) I hope bludfest is mental and i just realized it going to be 6 days after your b-day. Anyways please come to the upper peninsula of michigan bc these small-minded small town people need an awakening. ❤ the bestie you never knew you had (if you see any other comments by me i always write big paragraphs bc im a quiet person with a lot to say) 😀
I really haven’t listened to much of his music, but decided to listen to this interview. All I can say is he made me a fan of his music just by his personality and energy!!!!
I just got to know him through the Kaiju No 8 opening Abyss (which I love) and turns out he's coming to Budapest soon. This interview made me actually want to go to the show. This boy is so pure and so full of light and delight.
I LOVE the idea of a Make a Friend tent. I have friends from when I was a teenager and although I love them, we’ve grown up into very different people. I’ve suffered with anxiety and depression for a huge portion of my adulthood, I’m an introvert so now find myself in 40’s, single, not friendless but I have no friends that ‘fit’ my life now (if that makes sense). I have a difficulty in making new connections. I yearn so deeply to find someone/a group of people on my wavelength but it’s so hard to go out there and find it. BUT, I would be brave enough to walk into that tent on my own.
I totally love this, love his stories and fully resonate, I made my business persona because I came from a DV relationship and had no confidence at all, Ruby was not brave enough to speak in a room of 5 people, but Dotty Delightful spoke in from of 200 people, Yungblud is the first person I have ever heard of explaining this. I also have ADHD, I’m 47 and only found out last year, I am so grateful for him and the gift he is giving the world.
What a brilliant interview. Dom's energy is so special. He's the most unpretentious, down to earth, kind, awesome guy that you can't help but want to be friends with. Not to mention his insane musical talent.
So glad to see fellow gen x-ers here in the comments. Also been a huge fan for 5+ yrs. Finally saw him live last yr. Yes, it was amazing. This was a great interview. I love that he has such a wide reach.
Yungblud I am 30 next month I have loved you since day 1 I went to ally pally to watch you it was one of the best nights of my life I have reinvented myself so many times you are so relatable to me you always will be 🖤
As a mum to a son with ADHD (who struggled greatly growing up), I find it amazing that Yungblud has done so well for himself. What a talent!!!! I especially love the song “I’m a mess” with Avril Lavigne ❤ I wish him all the luck in the world 🤞
I can relate to the sleeping, my head won’t shut off. I listen to something in the background like Chilling Tales for Dark Nights and sometimes it helps to quiet my head
This man is sweet, genuine and so kind. I've never really wanted to meet anyone famous until I discovered Dom. He makes me so happy, I laugh so much listening to him and he is so relatable. I have ADHD, and I have felt all of those same feelings. It makes me just want to hug him bc I've felt alone, and in pain. I also love that there is no demographic for Yungblud fans. He has the world behind him cheering him on. 🖤
Jaimie, the way you interact is excellent/lovely - the space you create helps people deliver what they feel and think and this session will save lives...
Yungblud saved my sons life and I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to him for that!!! I took my boy to his first Yungblud show a couple years ago and I also fell in love with everything about him! We need more Dominic Harrisons in this world ❤🖤
I'm a 55yr old Grandma and I love Yungblud. The only concert I have been to was his online one during C.... and it was amazing. His mind, energy , honesty and empathy make for a beautiful soul. Great interview 💛💛
Basically my same comment and I'm 32. I love you Ms. Nina
Same but I’m a 50 yo grandma. Discovered him almost 5 yrs ago. He’s fantastic ❤

You stole my comment...except I'm 67. Love you Yungblud. When I first saw you sing, I thought who is this talented cutie? So glad I did.
I am also... At 46. Luv him! No other like Dom (Yungblud)🖤☮️🖤
This fuckin dude is a gem. We MUST protect him. At EVERY COST. And I don’t even mean only for his music. His heart. And who he is 🥹
I agree. He is precious, wildly energetic and extraordinarily talented.
Agreed!
Hell, yeah!
hes like my favorite person, and i just love him more and more as time goes on. a true gem
He's the most obvious narcissist ever. Stop worshipping narcissism and shit music.
Fell in love with his heart, stayed for the music - such an incredibly special human 🖤
So did I!! He has an energy, soul and heart! My kind of person / people! This interview shows that. Love Dom (Yungblud)!!!!🖤☮️🖤
Classic coping mechanisms❤❤❤
This interviewer is fantastic. I thank you both for the unexpected therapy session. ❤
I’m a photographer and took photos of him early in his career and he really is such a light to be around. Not all artists are and he’s a true sweetie
This is probably my all time favourite Yungblud interview, the questions the realness I love it. Thank you 🖤
Im 62 & discovered YungBlud just a few months ago, & I love him and I'm so glad to see his authenticity
Same!
New fan here, too!❤
Vintage fan also! It's so awesome to see someone be their authentic self. I love this kid. His smile and energy are infectious, and I'm here for it.

It’s funny because he talks about creating a character, but he seems to be the most authentic artist I’ve seen around lately

Same (but a few years younger)
Same, exact! I'm 59 and I would love to hang out with him!!! His music is inspiring🖤

I just went on a binge of yungblood. I grew more and more respect with each song. I was super amazed he can play the piano and guitar and sing so great the same time.
He's a natural rapport builder.
It's a skill
Love you young man Xx
this was like the best interview I've ever seen... like ever. Wow, Dom is such a legend.
I don't know if i have ever loved someone genuinely as a person that i have never met as i do yungblud. He is such a special person
If he only knew how valuable he is. ❤
Love it!
You're so huggable man. I like you're music, but dude I'm just vibin with that smile and energy. I'm puttin that on my bucket list. Hug the blud.
I liked Dom before I liked his music...I didn't "get it" before, but his authenticity just draws me in more and more. I would love the chance to just sit and talk with him, he seems like an incredible person and I love what he does to help people realize we aren't as alone as it feels like.
Authenticity in a World of filters, photo shopping, influencers, image consultants and narcissistic entrepreneurs is as rare as spider's teeth
and the most valuable trait a human can possess.

Love Yungblud! He is so unapologetic and authentic. I need to see more of him!
I shook his hand once. I will never forget that moment.
The way Jamie looks at him... 🖤♥️💜 Just total respect and connection. Love this interview. X
I have a lot of respect for Dom, as an individual and as Yungblud. This was a great interview, thank you.
What a lovely young man. This is the first time I’ve heard him interview. Jamie does a wonderful job as well.
you are an absolutely delightful interviewer 💖
i needed to hear dom’s message near the end of this today - thank you 💖💖💖
54 year old woman here who loves Yungblud. His voice is so beautiful. His Bowie cover near on knocked me over.
(Pink coat)
& it's been on my mind regularly since how I could see how much pressure he felt.
I'm 115yr old and love this kid's music. Cheers!
I just found this guy a month ago. I LOVE him and his music. Dom for the win! Great interview!
I’m a 59 year old American grandmother! I find him absolutely delightful! I really like him and his music! 🎶🎼🎵
Why did Dom wear his T-shirt inside out hahaha
I love him 💕
Because it's a small podcast and the guy running the show didn't want to get copyrighted 😂
It seems to say something about God. I guess that's why.
Sat through the entire interview trying to work out what it says. 😆
I genuinely thought it was supposed to be like that 😂
I was going to say maybe because of sensory issues, but copyright makes sense too 😂
I totally love this, love his stories and fully resonate, I made my business persona because I came from a DV relationship and had no confidence at all, Ruby was not brave enough to speak in a room of 5 people, but Dotty Delightful spoke in from of 200 people, Yungblud is the first person I have ever heard of explaining this. I also have ADHD, I’m 47 and only found out last year, I am so grateful for him and the gift he is giving the world.
Yes and he has fans of all ages! I am 50 and love him and his music ❤❤❤
I'm 65 I wish this young man was around when I was a young woman. You impress me and I actually told my sister you're my adopted grandchild, 😘
What a great interview - 61 here and just discovered Yungblud - he's a total diamond. Never change, fella
Yungblud I am 30 next month I have loved you since day 1
I went to ally pally to watch you it was one of the best nights of my life
I have reinvented myself so many times you are so relatable to me you always will be 🖤
As a mum to a son with ADHD (who struggled greatly growing up), I find it amazing that Yungblud has done so well for himself. What a talent!!!! I especially love the song “I’m a mess” with Avril Lavigne ❤ I wish him all the luck in the world 🤞
Just discovered this channel and it's brilliant. LOVE what you're doing! Phenomenal questions! So insightful. THANK YOU!
I can relate to the sleeping, my head won’t shut off. I listen to something in the background like Chilling Tales for Dark Nights and sometimes it helps to quiet my head
The same here I hate going to bed my brain wakes up then now I am sleeping on the sofa won’t go to bed now
He is seriously one of the best, no matter how his music changes. He's so sweet
I’m 29 and just discovered Yungblud but I love his music and what he stands for. He’s definitely and inspiration ❤
I love him! I'm a 64 year old woman and his music makes me so happy!
Jaimie, the way you interact is excellent/lovely - the space you create helps people deliver what they feel and think and this session will save lives...
Such a lovely and genuine person. I hope fame doesn’t change him eventually because he’s amazing and so real and relatable and honest ❤️
I absolutely love this human being. Please universe, protect him. 😭🖤
I honestly love Dom he’s helped me with so much I love his songs all these years later still listening to him 🖤🥺
After this interview, I'm going to listen to his music. I loved this interview- raw, honest, open, vulnerable.
This was the best interview with Yungblud I've ever seen. Incredible work 🙌🏻
Yungblud saved my sons life and I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to him for that!!! I took my boy to his first Yungblud show a couple years ago and I also fell in love with everything about him! We need more Dominic Harrisons in this world ❤🖤
That was so much fun to watch, I love Doms energy, hearing him, watching him, he always makes me smile. He makes me feel happy 🙂
I really like him, so real and true to himself and still humble and so caring for others!
