That second mission/heist you did with the garbage truck is why the New York Sanitation Department have full-on military uniforms. And honestly, I have more respect for the guys who day-in, day-out deal with the filth and waste of New York than anyone in the entire Police sector.

they really need to get a scuba suit from the clothing store just so they can practice swimming in game :3 also if you hold shift you can slow your parachute so you should be able to aim but that wouldn't be as funny now would it
