If that's a silicone case, it won't stay on.
It was the holder, not the phone case. I switched to a Ciro 3D case and its great.
Hey put this holder to the trash and buy the rokform it’s got two powers magnets I attached my iPhone 13 Pro Max to the gas tank and I tested at 90 mph on the freeway and not even move or failed from the motorcycle gas tank rokform it’s above and beyond to all the phone mount holders trying that

My phone doesn’t pop off like that, you sure the magnet is ok?
Not sure, it didn’t work well. I ended up giving it away and bought a Ciro 3D Mount that works great. Thank you for watching.
I have one of these and also had issues with the magnet popping off in 90 degrees. I was told to use a harder plastic phone case (like a lifeproof) and to let the 3M magnet cure for 24 hours before use. I also tried placing the magnet in the direct middle of a smaller iPhone.
I do agree though, this mount is a bit sketchy.

That is not how you take it off if you push down and pull on that band you will stretch it,it must be lifted up,I found out the wrong way by watching this video before starting, been on the bike two years ago I forgot how it went on but quickly learned that your way is wrong!
