What is rougher, being a lore nut myself, is being the guy sitting back knowing the bully is going to bully, but there is nothing I can do to stop it. In other words, i know what is going to happen and why, i don't know the exact details, but its like watching a car crash in slow motion. you know what is coming but can't look away.
Isha's song, the last words the chinese singer says translates to this: "I'm just fine this way" meaning that she didn't want to die but she accepts it has to be that way. Isha's name also multiple meanings, two of the most important are "Healer & The One Who Protects". That brush moments are intentional; we saw ourselves as a kid in brighter memories. Memories where all was bright, colorful, and joyful. We never wanted to change that, but we did. Also, two symbolism, Isha’s paint color is blue symbolism for Powder as she is catching up to Jinx purple to heal her soul. Also notice how Jinx’s eyes flutter blue at least twice as they are jumping. Now Isha's soul says those last words to Jinx, unheared by death, echoed on us. People don't realize it yet, but the writers made their point of this act very clear from the beginning. The second we see Maddie with Caitlyn, we feel betrayed and hurt, some even hate maddie herself. But what maddie did was help keep Cait's humanity. Warwick and Isha's role's were to heal Jinx, bring back her humanity, heal sisters and a family. And just like the intro of the act, it's the outro, we have it all torn away and are betrayed.
That's a beautiful assessment and I love it... and she did "heal" jinx and bring the sisters back as you stated, but we'll soon see... to what end? She was seeing blurry or clearly for the first time.. This is going to basically go one of two ways (as I see it). - Jinx will "try" and hold it together and Vi will keep her "somewhat" stable for revenge of some sort.. - OR and this is what I see (or sadly I hope, maybe I'm not a nice guy, but she deserves it) She fully breaks, goes full on BatS*it Jinx, on the Warpath and does what she does best... Chaos. 😵💫 No amount of "healing" can ever fix some kinds of "broken"... Believe me... 😬
I love how watching people watch this episode is like watching your friends go on a roller coaster without even knowing what it is.... Everyone is excited and happy... But they come back traumatized muahahaha

This will forever be how I regard Isha - She has the mage power of Sylas and being unshackled, the embodiment of Darius representing Noxian might, the Freljordian godly hood of Ornn to forge, heal and mend broken souls. The inner child, laughter, and innocence of Yordles represented by Teemo. The spirit of Ionia to the likes of Shen and Yasuo to protect those & land that you love. Imbued with power of the sun disc from Shurima to ascend, and lastly the combined spirts of Targon to reach the powers Leona and Diana - Sun & Moon. Not even the Star Forger Aurelion Sol with his celestial powers or The Void monsters would stand a chance. With her last act, in league lore, she faced death as a fierce warrior to protect her mother and the literal embodiment of Kindred, since the man was gone, only the Wolf remained - She wasn’t afraid of the wolf & faced the lamb. Just how they met, she blew her final love letter symbol to her mother with “Pew”
While loosing Isha and Vander in one shot (pardon the pun) is tragic in itself….it is also a much darker, and poetic moment at the same time. Vander was fully aware of what was going on when Warwick was on the rampage….but like a passenger in a car, he was completely unable to control it when it was happening. Imagine being in that situation where you see the carnage “you” are causing, and being 100% helpless to stop it. So when Isha pulled the trigger….she was doing Vander a kindness. The other thing I am wondering now is if Ambessa....despite her "advice" on "professional entanglements", didn't actually put Maddie up to going after Cait. Because I honestly can't see Cait making ANY moves on Maddie otherwise. So Ambessa seems to have used Maddie to "fill the void".
Vander was melting because Victor touched him, and everything and everyone he touched died when he did. Thats why they show the hand mark on Vanders face. Killing the only part left that was inside and only leaving Warwick. This season should have been called ArPAIN S2
Writing comments while watching: Kata, Darius, Draven and Cassio and Le Blanc are the most known noxians. Zed is an ionian martial artist - a ninja who uses shadow magic. The montage, the thoughts of Vander... that actually made me cry. How perfect family they were, before the war of the two factions. Singed's mind is broken as well. Viktor saw him, sitting beside the "incubator" of her daughter, reading a tale to her. Singed did horrible things. Experimented on people. Created shimmer, that became a popular drug, and built killer machines, the chemtanks. And yet... he did it all for love. To save her daughter. Everyone is this show justs acts out of love, and love is one hell of a drug. It pushes people to actions they'd never think they are capable of. Goor or bad. Jayce killing Viktor was "rational" from his perspective. As Viktor said, there was "another will with him" - something sinister. Like there is duality in humans, there is in the universe. Jayce spent months or weeks trapped between dimensions. Whatever he saw, whatever he met, he thought that Viktor must be distroyed, since he is one with the Hexcore. WORRY NOT, THO. Viktor is surely not dead, at least, yet, and it's not a spoiler. We saw him being able to switch his mind between bodies, to travel in the cosmos. As long as the hexcore is there - and it is still there, Viktor's mind is alive as well, even tho his body is destroyed.
I know you were very emotional, and since I missed a little bit some final words, I thought I will write a bit about Isha. Becasue she really deserves it. Isha knew about Jinx's past - more or less. She heard a ton of stories about her family, about Vi, and about their differences. She saw the sisters meeting again, she saw the hate, the pain, the lack of trust between them. And she also saw the love that instantly connected them together when Vander revealed himself in front of Vi. At the end, when Vander went crazy, he could easily kill Jinx while raging. Isha knew that Jinx won't kill Vander AGAIN, not even if it means that she will die. Isha also knew that if Vi kills Vander, Jinx will probably never forgive her, and what's left of their family is permanently over. She sacrificed herself. Not only to protect Jinx. BUT TO SPARE HER FROM THE CONSEQUENCES OF KILLING A FAMILY MEMEBER. Oh, holy Arcane. It really made me cry. She was too pure. Sorry Biss, I didn't want to take your last words, you had your reason to not "sum" what you saw. But I had to write about this character a bit. Hope it's not a problem.
The art is the same, Biss. It's just that in Viktor's commune they decided to light it in a hue that evokes an unseen ethereal luminescence. Something that is everywhere and has no visible source. Like in a dream. Viktor's dream. And Isha's death is beyond painful, but her sacrifice was glorious. She did it with magnificent resolve. She did it to save her family. Which is kind of what everyone on the show is trying to do. R.I.P. Isha. You were a real one, kid.

@ no it didn’t, he never fully got to Vander yet, we know this because otherwise Vander wouldn’t have hit Rictus because they are all about peace and he would’ve been part of the hive mind, The “melting” color coming out of him was the same color as the serum that singed was going in to inject him with before cait knocked him out. When everyone walked out of the tent to hear the people dying, singed must have woken up and injected him.

It's tuesday right now, 3 days after i watched act 2 (3 times) and i'm still not over isha. I've only ever felt this strongly about one scene/character ever before & that was from 'clannad after story'. If you've seen it you know! But isha's death absolutely broke me. Especially off the back of ep.5 where for a moment it looked like she had a proper family with vi & jinx reconciled through vander. As the song from season 1 ep.9 said so perfectly....what could have been.
