Very nice. You know that some of your rolling stock wouldn't have been heard of or created then to accompany your steam engines. The Chessie System was a merger of the Western Maryland, The C&O and the B&O Railroads. They later became the CSX after merging with the Seaboard Coastline of Florida. If realism is at hand. Keep on trucking...

I just discovered your channel by accident. You have an absolutely spectacular layout. It totally blew my mind watching this video. The cinematography was awesome. I can’t even imagine how much time and effort it took to build your layout let alone the cost of your trains, and the layout is extremely well done, and I can’t tell you how much pleasure it was watching this video. your sound effects are incredible. I remember the Christmas I got an electric train and how much fun it was and how we had it under the tree every year but that’s as far as it went I used to love to go to the hobby store, and look at the trains, but I never got into it. Nothing better then watching some big steam rolling down the line. Seeing the Big Boy and Challenger gives me some ideas when I get my brass hybrid light "hotdog" Challenger and vision line grayhound Big Boy. I'm going to need more freight cars. The DM&IR Yellowstone, Black Bonnet 2-10-10-2, Pennzy S1 and, a UP Heavy Challenger are on the collection wishlist, along with the midnight chief passenger cars. Great video as always, keep'em rolling.

My favorites? Well even though it's not an articulated I just LOVE the Pennsy S1! Man, that's the Art Deco 1930's brought to life and on the move! Second favorite? I've got to root for the home team here in Virginia and go with the N&W Y6b, the last articulated built and one of the best.

Thank you for the kind words Walter! I have noticed improved smoke output in the latest Legacy systems from Lionel. Had to take a few breaks during recording as the room was too hazy for the camera, haha!

Great at last to view all your big engines operating in this video!
MTH made a premier version of the Yellow Stone DMIR quite some years ago. Eric Segal did a review video of both engine, plus the ore car set. I give a very close edge to this engine versus the big boy!

The MTH set is really great. I almost got that one but this 3rd Rail Version popped up around the same time. Had to try something different. :) Thanks for watching @pjasyl!

@@RBPTrains NO DOUBT 3RD RAIL TOPS IN VERY LARGE STEAMERS!
i remember it popped around the same time.
3RD rail made a CANADIAN PACIFIC Selkirk engine some years back. Thought long & hard on purchase!! Declined just too expensive for my budget!
Have 3RD RAIL complete box set of Canadian NATIONAL passengers cars. Like them only downside VERY FRAGILE! You have to handle them with care. I limit running time for these cars.
Let you guess nickname. A clue It is railway related.
