Can't say i could profit for ten years even telling people the "Dangers" of it while being a total hypocrite. Hell i wouldn't bother, i'd want it removed from my mind for risk of it becoming a craving again (Which it did in my 20's lol)

The way she talks about calories clearly shows a delusion about food and what she deems as "healthy". When she says things like "This entire shrimp ring is ONLY 405 calories", she stresses the word 'only' as to indicate, "it isn't that big of a deal" or "it is healthy" and that is an extremely wrong and poor way of looking at the food she eats. We have heard her say constantly over the years that something is 'only' so many calories. It is a delusional way of thinking. I used to be the exact same way when I was significantly overweight. I would delude myself into making something seem healthy that wasn't. Is shrimp OK to eat? Of course, it is, everything (IMO) is OK to eat in moderation if you can stick to the suggested servings. Putting an entire shrimp ring in front of you and saying that if you eat the whole thing, "it only 405 calories" is not healthy whatsoever. She also neglects to take into account the high sodium intake of consuming as much shrimp as she did.
“I felt like I was forced to make this content” But months of “FILM SOMETHING OUTSIDE YOUR APARTMENT!!” comments from your subscribers don’t mean anything.
If we saw a smoker on a journey to stop smoking document their journey and continue to not make good decisions for themselves, we would still be criticizing them. I have friends who smoke and I'm the first one to want to help if they want to stop. The point is they don't keep talking about how easy it is to stop. They know that what they're doing is bad for them. I can't make decisions for the people around me nor for you. But I will still tell them how I feel about it when they ask me or want advice. My one friend had to have surgery and he had to stop smoking. We all helped him slowly decrease the amount he smoked a day until he was basically smoking one cigarette before the surgery. He went through the surgery just fine. Now he's back to smoking. Am I happy? No. But I can't control a grown man. If two weeks from now, he wants help again, I will gladly help. Just taking things out of thin air to justify your arguments makes you lose all your credibility. Which is why people don't believe you when you talk about anything nowadays.

When she says things like "This entire shrimp ring is ONLY 405 calories", she stresses the word 'only' as to indicate, "it isn't that big of a deal" or "it is healthy" and that is an extremely wrong and poor way of looking at the food she eats. We have heard her say constantly over the years that something is 'only' so many calories. It is a delusional way of thinking. I used to be the exact same way when I was significantly overweight. I would delude myself into making something seem healthy that wasn't. Is shrimp OK to eat? Of course, it is, everything (IMO) is OK to eat in moderation if you can stick to the suggested servings. Putting an entire shrimp ring in front of you and saying that if you eat the whole thing, "it only 405 calories" is not healthy whatsoever. She also neglects to take into account the high sodium intake of consuming as much shrimp as she did.

If we saw a smoker on a journey to stop smoking document their journey and continue to not make good decisions for themselves, we would still be criticizing them. I have friends who smoke and I'm the first one to want to help if they want to stop. The point is they don't keep talking about how easy it is to stop. They know that what they're doing is bad for them. I can't make decisions for the people around me nor for you. But I will still tell them how I feel about it when they ask me or want advice. My one friend had to have surgery and he had to stop smoking. We all helped him slowly decrease the amount he smoked a day until he was basically smoking one cigarette before the surgery. He went through the surgery just fine. Now he's back to smoking. Am I happy? No. But I can't control a grown man. If two weeks from now, he wants help again, I will gladly help. Just taking things out of thin air to justify your arguments makes you lose all your credibility. Which is why people don't believe you when you talk about anything nowadays.
