For the 3 yr from now calc (in the blue section), for the [(1.25)^4 / (1.20)^3] - 1 = I get 7.4212 on the BAII Plus. But I see 42.12. Help please.

these are 1 year forward rates (loan for 1 year) , starting from either 1 year, 2 year from now
