In the same sense that any advance skills are "unsporting" because players with less skill can't do them (eg: hocus pocus, elastico, rainbow, bicycles, and so on). And remember kids in the end it is all under the "opinion" of the ref. Some will call it, some will not.
How would you propose a defender try to get the ball back from someone doing the deal dribble? He would literally have to kick him in the face. Those rules are protecting the offensive player from putting himself in danger.

The Donkey Kick Free Kick was banned due to the free kick taker technically touching/kicking the ball twice. Another player must touch the ball before the free kick taker can touch the ball again. Using both feet is technically touching the ball twice.
Stalls and carries make sense to ban, since you're basically carrying the ball with a body part. The seal dribble shouldn't be banned, it's just multiple headers and doesn't offer a competitive advantage anyway. The donkey kick looks cool but is illegal if the rules state the free kick must only be touched once. And that last rule is just nonsense, keepers should be able to handle the ball from defensive plays.
