    What thing I can use to avoid the heat impression on tshirt that comes after transfer process?

      The right size platen or your pressure may be too high- We have a video on avoiding the dreaded "pressbox" (especially on heat sensitive materials) here: th-cam.com/video/mdl9AXPMlt8/w-d-xo.html

      That's a great question Cathleen, while we have a one sheet with all of our application instructions ( www.transferexpress.com/application-instructions ) and a poster available in our application kit: www.transferexpress.com/heat-press-accessories/application-kit we've always had some issues putting together a fabric and temperature guide because there's a wide range of heat-sensitivity on polyester depending on who you're ordering from.
      However, as a basic rule we try to keep dark colored, 100% polyester under 300 degrees. This is a fairly safe temperature for synthetic fibers, but depending on the quality of polyester, color or even if it's recycled polyester you may need to test commonly decorated apparel yourself and keep a list. For cotton or cotton dominant apparel any temperature under 380-400 should be a-ok.

    Is the durability over time of heat transfers, closely equal to screen printing?

    • @transferexpress
      @transferexpress  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely, our Goof Proof screen printed transfers look, wash, wear and feel just like a traditional screen print. We test all transfers to 50+ wash/dry cycles. They are both plastisol ink cured to the fabric of a t-shirt.

      No, but when I was unboxing my auto-cam, I was a little scared that if I did drop it, that I'd be going to the ER.

    Is this a infomercial or are you trying to pass on some scream printing knowledge?

      Dave prefaces at the beginning that there's some Transfer Express specific tips in this video, but there's tons of general heat transfer, placement, how to avoid seams & get great, durable printed results.
