Oh hiii!
I don't know about you, but I have been seeing ads for these "amazing" popilush dresses with built in shape wear... everywhere. I decided it was time to see if these dresses are worth the hype!
I didn't see many reviews from people who had my body type and therefore thought this video could be helpful for those of you who (like me) just want a little added support to feel our best!
For reference I am 5' 5" and 153 lbs. Additionally, all of the dresses I ordered market "light support".

The pink dress is obviously the best for showing the difference between shapewear and no shapewear. The Popilush dress is definitely an improvement over plain panties. I don't know if I like having built in shapewear, but it's better than nothing. I think I would rather buy shapewear of my choice and wear them with the Amazon dress. I'm glad you did this comparison though. This is the first I've heard of Popilush. I applaud you for stepping up and making me aware of this new (to me) brand. 😊
Yes, it would definitely be easier to get in and out of separate shapewear - having it built into the dress makes for a challenge. I'm glad this was interesting to you, thanks for your feedback!
If you're thinking of wearing more shapewear then maybe you could do a try-on haul of some inexpensive brands? 😊

I know this im extremely late, but did you order, and are you happy with it? I want one for a bachelorette party, but I'm kinda broke so I'm worried about spending that much if it doesn't smooth my fupa 😂
I found your video because I wanted to see a real review on the Popilush shapewear. Thanks for making it. I do have to mention that I think it would be better to wear undies which aren’t cut so low if the shapewear is to work more effectively. So it’s still worth trying out the brand if more coverage undies are worn or no undies in some cases. Will check out some more reviews!

I tried on a few of their bodysuits in another video but not the lace one specifically - I did try on the pleather, and the mesh top. I'll add the lace one to my next order though!

Love this review! I have a similar body type and struggle to find dress in that style that don’t show my apron stomach.
Saaame! I love dresses like this but never have wore any because I feel like they put focus on the belly :/ These dresses help smooth things out a little and honestly are way more comfy than some shapewear I've worn under dresses (getting sliced in half lol :/ ) They don't work magic, and they are a little spendy, but imho worth it!

Hi! I ordered size small and they were tricky to get on but once on fit great and were very comfortable. I currently wear size 5 jeans if that’s helpful :)

I ordered a small, and I've heard it recommended that you should size down a size from what you normally wear (I wouldn't go any smaller than that though as they're tricky enough to squeeze into when they're a size down). You do look beautiful in the dress I love that pink colour on you. I have a stomach after kids and I find underwear that sits just under what I call my 'pouch' accentuates it, also accentuates the muffin top. I've started buying higher waisted knickers and they're so much better, I feel so much more comfortable. Don't find myself constantly trying to tuck my tummy away 🙈 You could actually use the fact your partner has to wrestle your dress off later as a bit of a teaser 😂

From one sister to another. Your stomach is not as big as u think. You are wearing the wrong size/type of underwear for your body. Those low rise bikinis are a size or two too small on you which is accentuating your stomach.(as it would anybody of course.) go up a size and wear seamless high rise briefs,cheekys or thongs. That issue would go away.

how do you poop in toilet in this dress?? especially in public toilet.
Glad you did this before I wasted money. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. You still will need to put on shaping shorts underneath to pull in the tummy and get rid of that underwear cut. Also get Cakes nipple covers and throw the inserts in the garbage.

@@sincerelystevielynnyes I love them!! I have the regular and large size because some tops I need the smaller coverage. They are amazing, cover well and you can not see them. They have to be used in a fitted top though. I’ve seen some women try to use them in a loose shirt or blouse, no good.
I bought the heyshape snatched bodysuit extra small size and it so big... is was not like those videos that say is so small that can fit a baby or dog.. also it should be the snapped button but instead it became the hook for bra.. u know how uncomfortable to wear the hook for bra in as your underwear... is pain when you walk. so I emailed the support and hope to get an exchange.. initially they will fast to reply my query and they even said they will send me a replacement. However after that email, they disappear. They did not send me a replacement nor that reply to my msg.. it really bad service from them!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I had the exact same experience with them offering the replacement initially and replying very fast and then nothing for about a month. SMH. I followed up and eventually received shipping info on the replacement but they for sure ghosted in between.
