I concur... This video was chosen by a young person on my team. I thought the house was big, but not aesthetically special either plus or minus...just very neutral. It was our first experiment...and actually I filmed it twice, the first time I was just too harsh. Thought I should not add to the online down vibes. Several more loft vids already scheduled... do you have any properties that you would recommend?
@@MichaelJoyArt It's clear you have a ton of expertise in mold making and I like your honest and direct style. Solid insight from a pro (which I love). You may be equally talented as an architect, but I suspect you aren't. Based on the two videos I watched, I think your expertise is best served on the mold making or business lessons vs. house critique. It's only my opinion but I didn't care for these videos especially in light of everything I've learned in the others.
@@wyohman00 Fair enough. Certainly not an architect (was not the intended approach), but a guy who has a passion for lofts and has transformed many spaces including our current loft studio which is quite substantial and elegant. For many artists, loft spaces are a dream and since I have lived in some remarkable places and some ultra shitty spaces, it is fun to share insights. The take is about living in the space and the concerns a person might have if they were to buy one especially if they have never lived in one before. Not sure if you have ever done the loft thing, but they are a whole different animal.... to those interested. Molds are only one thing that hold my interest... at best 20% of my mindset...and that is why we split the channels. Glad you gave it a watch. Michael
❤ this video. Keep up the great videos.
Thank you. Lots of fun new stuff coming out every Friday. Cheers, Michael
Keep up the great videos

Where do we find the Mansion Hunters series?
Hello, We will be reuploading that series soon. We had some edits. There are only 5 episodes at the moment.
He’s Russian. He’s a very clever, kind young man.
Cool to know. My wife is Russian too.
I love the other videos but do not like this one at all. Please, no more reacting TH-camrs videos....blech!
