    Luke's still my greatest inspiration too.
    I was into the science/art/joy of bodybuilding since I was a child, but I never gave a crap about bodybuilders as people or competitors until I stumbled across a video of him just going shopping. Pissed myself laughing and watched a few videos of him every single day until he was no longer with us.
    He'd have won us brits an Olympia or two with a few more years under his belt, too!
    ...so you have to win them for us!

      Of course! 😊 Regardless, have you ever tried to add a couple of grams of instant coffee, maybe decaf, into your cream of rice? I know that it won't cure my addiction to coffee, but it's a nice waking up 👌

    Have you ever had like baby rice instead of the cream of rice? It’s lot more powdery than cream of rice and digests really well

      Mineral turnover for people who are heavy / drink alot / train often is high so need to keep on top of that plus assists in the process of muscle contracting

    Hi James, loving the videos. Quick question, where do you get your cream of rice from? I can’t find it in supermarkets here in England, the only place I’ve seen it is on Amazon and it’s ridiculously expensive!

      Try Asian supermarkets - approx £1 for 150g rice flour, or you can grind up rice in a ninja bullet. I use the rice flour but add flavour drops and protein powder for flavour

      I do this using jasmine rice. Cheaper and tastes just as good and cleaner as it has none of the added sweeteners etc

    Is there a specific reason you have fats in your post workout meal because a lot of people don't because they want the meal absorbed quickly? The videos looking mad nice, the show day video gunna be a whole movie.

      Lot of bodybuilders use cream of rice instead. Probably has to do with longer satiety with the oats. And the fiber. Don't want to stay full too long as a bodybuilder. Since you're constantly shoveling food in.

    Why do you eat salmon as post workout? Those fats slow down digestion of the proteins. Is there a reason or just because you like the flavor?
