Very cool...the ride ('24 HD CVO Road Glide ST) & the Wilbers Suspension. The cherry on top...Serial # 1 for the Rear Shocks w/remote reservoirs (unique & specific to this model HD). Well done Robert! TM, P&A Rep., somewhere in the southwest U.S. '23 Road Glide ST, 132 cu.in. "daily" performance bagger. Currently running the HD-SE/Ohlins Rear Shocks w/remote reservoirs, and RWD front suspension kit. Plan to upgrade to Wilbers, so I won't have to adjust my suspension on weekends (when riding 2-up) versus riding solo during weekdays. Love the engineering that Wilbers has put into their suspension. Again well done Wilbers!
I have Wilbers on my RK. Stock '22 suspension on RG rubbish (harsh, hard, bouncy, even a little scary), Wilbers very good, adjusts automatically, rides properly (soft but not wallowy). For reference I have about 15 track days on a GSX-R600 and an older model Fireblade with Ohlins. Wilbers an especially good choice if you ride with and without passengers regularly, as I do. But good even if you don't.
Can someone teach Stefan how to ride Geez. Congrats Robert. Great bike and it's a good thing Stefan saved the day with the Remote reservoir rear shocks.

Solid with 110mph in turns, on a closed course with an amateur rider like me. But it is at a cost, for that race like riding, we dialed it towards the stiff side.

On my 2019 CVO RG with a 131 and no speed limit, absolutely stable up to 200 km/h. Stability problems arise because of various factors, like play in the swingarm bushings, tires (and pressure), swingarm and rear wheel alignment.

unfortunately not, the super low has almost no suspension travel and just had very low production numbers. As well no self leveling, as those shocks are asymmetric and should be behind saddlebags.

You both are very likable guys so I guess the staged acting job can be overlooked. But it's still not a good look. Sorry. We went to a Harley dealership to look at the ST and the salesman said the DSRP was between 49k and 59k with a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo that I couldn't even understand. What a joke. The standard Road Glide looks very plain and uninspiring. Don't think I could trust a Harley dealer. Just some thoughts I had.

As we mentioned, not "needing" an upgrade, but showing what is possible. It's the same with Indian/Honda/BMW, the all don't need it, but if You do, You get still an improvement.

One of the first upgrades I do to any Harley is a new rear brake pedal from Softbrake. Rick and Debbie are awesome to deal with and Rick will ensure you get the right product for your bike. They are a small company but deliver HUGE differences to you and your bikes. Now, since I ride 2 up a lot, I'm gonna definitely save up and get the Wilbers installed on my 2017 CVO Ultra, I trust what you guys are telling me and I'll have to make this a reality, thanks Robert!!! BEAUTIFUL BIKE by the way!!!
I think it’s Awesome That you have the relationship you do with Wilbers and they put 001 on your bike. That was THE first thing that I noticed in practice session 92!
So I just bought the same motorcycle and I definitely cannot afford to upgrade the shocks now but when the shocks are getting a little wore out and need replacing, I will definitely be going with Wilbur. I thought it was very cool that they gave you the number one serial number very awesome of Wilbur.
Seems it's standard for many mods to your RG so why buy the CVO ST instead of the regular RG. I ask because I'm debating on the ST as well but hesitant over the regular for the same reasons in this video.
It's more than a little, the fork alone has 16mm more suspension travel with the Wilbers cartridges and more ways of adjustment, preload/compresion/rebound vs harder-softer.
I have just over 4,000 miles on the 23.5 -CVO RG- with the Showa front suspension. It’s too “soft” in my opinion. -My 2021 RGS had Legend front & rear suspension- and I really miss the front suspension that had nearly zero “nose dive” under threshold breaking. Not to mention how it was thru corners or long trips. -I’m going to call Wilbers USA on Monday with a few questions. But I’m for sure replacing the OEM Showa.
I received my CVO Road Glide ST yesterday in the exact same color. I absolutely love it. I put TAB zombies on it right away as the stock exhaust is too quiet for me
This is interesting, and hopefully, it will be a good price for me here in Switzerland. Definitely going to look at this for my 2023 Whiskey Neat CVO Road Glide. I like that there are no cans on the Nivomats, and that's because I have the quick-release Tour-Pak setup on mine, so the cans would be in the way.
Yes it does, the kit with front springs & Nivomat. Fully adjustable cartridges won't work in the SG, due to the design of inner fairing and handlebars, You would have to drill a lot of big holes...

Much cleaner look on the reservoir...the hoses are not as exposed. The colors perfectly match the contrast of the bike. I'm curious if Ohlins and other brands will do the same. Nice video.

You will definitely love it, check out my 21 CVO RG install video. The before and after is the biggest on that bike, due to the 21 wheel front end. Mark just did a testride on my 2019 CVO RG and then ordered his 21 and for the first time on stock suspension. We immediately started the install...

The 2014 CVO RK is sharing a unique fork design with the Ultra Limited Low, almost nobody offers springs for that rare design. To have it perfect, I would upgrade to a regular M8 fork with Wilbers springs for that fork (chrome sliders can be reused) and Wilbers Nivomat for the rear. Alternatively just Wilbers Nivomat for the rear. I have done both conversions for customers in the last year, they are all happy, the one with the new fork even more.

Good question. No they don’t. Some of them have motorcycles as well. Plus I keep the noise to a minimum. I mean I am the HOA President after all. 👍🏾😁

You will definitely love it, check out my 21 CVO RG install video. The before and after is the biggest on that bike, due to the 21 wheel front end. Mark just did a testride on my 2019 CVO RG and then ordered his 21 and for the first time on stock suspension. We immediately started the install...

What you gone do with that rear suspension??? Just asking?? Overall how are those Wilbur shocks? Now to look for a Chicagoland dealer. The Wilbur reservoir look beefy as hell. Will wait to see the pricing at end of March.
The stock rear suspension is already spoken for. You really can’t go wrong with Wilbers!

The 2014 CVO RK is sharing a unique fork design with the Ultra Limited Low, almost nobody offers springs for that rare design. To have it perfect, I would upgrade to a regular M8 fork with Wilbers springs for that fork (chrome sliders can be reused) and Wilbers Nivomat for the rear. Alternatively just Wilbers Nivomat for the rear. I have done both conversions for customers in the last year, they are all happy, the one with the new fork even more.
