Chasing Ontario Northland freight around Timmins and Cochrane

  • This is part 1 of chasing trains with my friends to eventually Hearst and back. Part 1 will focus more on day 1 and the morning of day 2 of the trip. In this chase you will see me catching 213 and the return 414 at various places around the Porquis junction area. You will also see 207/308 in the morning of day 2 at Barbers bay, switching Hallnor and then finally at Rice lake road before eventually heading to Cochrane to begin the chase on the Kapuskasing Subdivision.
    Shot on May 17th and 18th 2024

    Does anyone have rail 'full footage' of the Kidd Creek mine site to the Kidd Creek Concentrator in Hoyle, I have never seen this in all my years...btw I worked underground there for almost 10 years as a scooptram operator.

      sorry i don't think anyone has taken a video of the Met site at Hoyle but when i go back out to Timmins this summer i will make sure to take a few drone shots for you.
