      Meeee!!! Started from November 1st...want to continue till end of this year 😅
      Update:- I continued bulking for just three months (January) later that gyms were shutdown in our country because of incoming 2nd wave. I thought of continuing my bulk diet but then I didn't want to gain excess fat since I was not able to workout at gym. And therefore I rejoined going to gym in the month of this September!

    He is absolutely right about everything but there is one caveat to keep in mind. Our stomach size is all about volume. The more you stuff your stomach, that plus gravity, tends to stretch out the stomach. Over time, the stomach loses its elasticity and its ability to shrink back to an original size. You will eventually end up with a bigger stomach / waistline. Just something to think about. I have been training for 60 years, I am 73 now. I weigh 154 and still wear 30x30 jeans. The same as when I was 20. Never been into bulking or getting big. Health and fitness has always been my theme.

    I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created (I think it was from website called dietarize). I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier

    Dear skinny guys just listen to me a minute:
    The real reason why you can't build muscles is you have an ectomorph body type that means you have a fast metabolism and fast digestion, so you need to overcome it first to bulk.
    How to overcome it:
    Eat more carbohydrates food for at least 4 or 5 times a day, it might be a little hard but if you did it for 1 month you will notice better bulk results.

    I’ve definitely found the toughest part of all this is getting enough carbs, I track my micros and have only had one day were I could hit all my carbs, but I don’t know if it hardly counted since some of those carbs came from sugary drinks and food. Very informative thank you. Unfortunately I’m one of those unlucky fellas that can’t take creatine because of a muscle disorder that I have were my creatine kinesis levels are always too high, getting too much creatine and working out puts me at a high risk of rhadomyalsis. Which sucks been dealing with this for over a year now. But still love this video

      @@anonymous3669 I'd basically eat without feeling hungry, I wake up late so I'd eat a big lunch, then I'd make either a huge bowl of chicken/tuna and eggs with salad that I'd eat through the whole day, or I'd make a big shaker with high calorie/nutrition food like dry fruit, seeds oatmeal, peanut butter and stuff like that and normal fruit in it that I'd also eat through the whole day, then big dinner, then workout then sandwiches with peanut butter, ham, cheese and eggs, with probably the leftover meal that I was eating through the whole day.

    I've always tried to walk off the belly cramps sometimes. Usually the stomach pain from excess eating is just your stomach trying to keep up with the digestion process to get rid of that surplus of excess food. Just go for a walk. Don't run. Cardio is bad for bulking. I know it sounds gross but it's true. You got to give your body the ability to pass the food through your body to make space, which is fine that is the point of eating (nutrient/caloric absorption).

    • @jordynpayne8488
      @jordynpayne8488 2 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      This is a late response but losing weight then bulking again would be counter-intuitive. You’re gonna lose weight when you decide to cut so just go ahead and start bulking and make sure you’re building muscle in the process

    I'd say the biggest mistake is to continue eating after you feel full. I used to do that, I gained 5kg in about 5 weeks, then I dropped my bulking diet and got back to a normal one, and I lost most of that 5kg. the lesson gained is that its easy to gain weight but not so easy to pack on quality muscle. Now I've become more patient with eating, yes I'm still on calories surplus, but i will never force myself to eat much more than my body can digest

    As someone who played Jr College football as an offensive lineman at 240 wet and had to gain 50 pounds to at least be considered as D1 talent. I agree with everything this man said except for casein simply because I never tried it. Literally ate 5 pb and j or Nutella sandwiches and 3-4 glasses of milk everyday. I would get the 40 dollar family plate at bucca di beppo and have that as dinner and breakfast. My case is extreme but seriously if you wanna bulk you gotta be uncomfortable...then it just gets a little easier especially when you see results
