As a content creator, I really appreciate the hard work and time that went into making this video! This has to be your most labor intensive video to date! That turkey looked almost gold plated and wow, the tallow sure crisp it up. Almost like pork rinds or chicken skins fried in lard. You didn't skimp on anything with those delicious sides. Amazing video Bradley!
I’m the guy that has been asking for a pizza, but today, I’m just thankful for all you’ve taught me about smoking meats, and cooking in general, that you Dr. Chudenstein!
I really like how you show the eating process. Sometimes cooking channels go through all the motions and then end the video after one bite. I personally enjoy this partbthe most!
Agreed. I've noticed this as well. If they don't eat the food at the end, you can't tell if it's any good. When you watch the cook or chef enjoying it, then you know. If it's really, really good, it's something you can't fake.
Possibly my favorite Chuds BBQ video ever. You always bring the humor, which I enjoy very much, and then the added bonus of this menu!?!? The fried turkey, the corn pudding, the potatoes, that GRAVY?!? I don't think I've ever wished myself into a taste test more than at the end of this video. Superior work, Brad! Thank you!
On Amazon there is a 24 lb box of tallow (close to a 3 gallon peanut oil) that is 1/3, $109, the cost of the wagyu tallow 290. I know this is a bit more than peanut oil but the key to McDonald's fries used to be beef tallow. Even buffalo wild wings used to use this, it really does make a great tasting super crispy skin on every thing you fry.
the ultimate turkey..cooked in $3k worth of wagyu tallow..awesome video brother..i love to fry turkey..i injected it with herbed clarified butter and salt the skin..set it in fridge for 2 days and fry in peanut oil..always a hit..im gonna try that turkey gravy
I made the corn pudding and it is fantastic. The fact you can do it all in a blender in like 2 minutes is a game changer. The herb clarified butter takes it up a notch. I put some chopped Hatch green chiles on top of mine. Goodness it was delicious.
Not only are you really fun to watch and provide excellent content, but you inspire me to want to try new things. I've always just bought the cranberry sauce in a can, plopped it out on the plate and tried to slice it so it looks nice, and then anytime I used stock, it came from a box with a plastic lid. Not this year baby! Not this year! Thanks for all the work you put into these videos, truly entertaining and full of excellent tips, ideas, and motivation for people like me!
100% your best video. So much going on yet you make it feel simple.... and the skin crunch snips all through the tasting make me "NEED" to make all of it.. Bravo
I’m glad you found this to be his best. I really liked this video as well but I’m more of a brisket guy and his brisket videos have stepped my game up exponentially, so those are my personal favorites. Either way, we agree, CHUDD is the mf man!
Ohhhh hellll yesssss. You made the cranberry sauce. I always tell people that the cranberry sauce from a can is utter garbage if you have ever had it done. It also comes together very quickly.
Everything looks Fantastic. This one rates up there as one of my Top Videos. I was sitting here with my mouth watering. I would absolutely swear you Air Brushed those Dinner Rolls. Perfect!!! One to be proud of Bradley. Great Job.
Out of all the youtube channels out there. Nobody is more entertaining during the money shot (eating the food he made) than Brad. So funny. Well done once again.
Good stuff! That turkey is EXACTLY how I like mine. I made a ton of heavily smoked smoked salt earlier this year. I'm gonna dry brine with that to see if it makes any difference.
Dude you are amazing. You have a killer production, great personality, you always go out of your way to make more then just one dish, Your funny, creative, and a great chef. I hope you make it to 1 million by next year. You smoke everyone else period! :)
I’ve been looking forward to this video for months, and I have to say it didn’t disappoint! I can’t help but notice no bacon. Love your work, and appreciate how much time it must take to make these. Thanks for the video!
How many times can you reuse tallow for frying? Cause I don't make brisket enough for trimmings to make my own and buying tallow ain't cheap lol. And know I'm not just talking about buying wagyu tallow but beef tallow in general
Working on stock now. Put turkey in fridge last night spatchcocked and dry brined, ready to smoke tomorrow (yes, Wednesday). Thank you for everything you put out. Wonderful channel and another great video. I hope you and yours enjoy Thanksgiving together.
This looks absolutely delicious, but I have to say my FAVORITE part of the entire video is when you said, "star anus." You're the hero we don't deserve.
Amazing video. Everything looked so insanely good. The amount of fat those potatoes held was unreal. I can’t imagine how good this meal was, and I can’t believe no one came out to join you on eating this one
Hey Bradley, I have to know, what are you using for your heat source when you put that cast iron looking little thing on top of your cutting board? Do you heat that up crazy hot first or something, I'm confused. Lol
As an English person , I understand that Thanksgiving is being thankful for what you have before hunting for bargains on Black Friday? (English humour) Love all the videos and using many of the techniques, excellent!
Killer videos usual Bradley. I just smoked a 14 pounder and I'm going to confit till I wake up tomorrow. And then I'm going to strip the skin and deep fry it, shred the turkey chop up the crispy skin and stir...😉👍
Ahh the traditional carving fork and knife in the knife roll. Veeery niiice! I have a beautiful sterling silver stainless set I got as a wedding gift 28 years ago. Use them twice a year - TG and Xmas, sometimes thrice at the New Year or a birthday. But each time I use them I love them. A simple pleasure.
Funny, I was about to order 8 cans of the wagyu tallow myself last week to do the same but had second thoughts and i salted / seasoned it instead and injected it the other night. Doubt it’s going to stay in there after throwing it in the fryer but I’m sure it’ll do something
Last turkey I made I injected it with bacon grease and herbed butter and then smoked it after dry brining for 24 hours. I smoked it on top rack of my pellet grill and put roasting pan under the turkey to catch the drippings for gravy. I liked it way better than the fried turkey method. I didn't use beef tallow to fry though so I might like this better!
A lot of time and effort into this video! Thanks for the content, fried turkeys are making a big comeback this year. Looking forward to your Christmas feast video

You didn't have to go this hard, but we appreciate you all the more for it!!!

Still amazed every time I watch you make EVERYTHING from scratch. Kudos to your many cooking, bbq, smoking, baking skills
Thank you!
Smoke fried turkey is king. Smoke it for like 2 hours to get the flavor then fry it till its done. Best I've ever had
Good lord Brad, this is an all out extreme Thanksgiving compilation of all the classic sides. Awesome as usual.
This is the very BEST video I've ever seen on this subject. Detailed, yet simple and highly informative. OUTSTANDING job my friend!
DUDE! That CRUNCH is INSANE!!!! Great work!

Yes I agree and tallow is way better for you too.
Restaurants don't use 100% tallow, it's a blend called "pourable beef tallow" that is liquid at room temp.
Peanut oil and seed oils are the devil!! Beef tallow, grass fed butter and ev olive oil are the way!!
Tallow has revolutionized this kitchen! 😍
That was ridiculous….ly good.
Bradley IS the GOAT of TH-cam Chefs & Pitmasters!!! 👏🏆

Everything is better with a good gravy. Life is good with gravy on top.
This year, I'm thankful for the magic trivet.

You need to open a restaurant with all that delicious food !
You outdid yourself with this one. Corn pudding mind blown 🤯
The stock is where the flavor is! That dried brined bird looks absolutely delicious!!

Ohhhh hellll yesssss. You made the cranberry sauce. I always tell people that the cranberry sauce from a can is utter garbage if you have ever had it done. It also comes together very quickly.
Where have you been my whole life? New favorite cooking channel! Well done!
Easily the best looking meal I've ever seen on TH-cam. I'm definitely going to try that corn pudding with jalapeños soon.

Have a good holiday to you, your family, and your crew
Good stuff! That turkey is EXACTLY how I like mine. I made a ton of heavily smoked smoked salt earlier this year. I'm gonna dry brine with that to see if it makes any difference.
The most ostentatious method I've ever seen on how to cook a turkey, and I'm so glad it was Chud who did it. God bless this man.
The displacement test is so smart
I wish I could like this video 100
times
You honestly made Paula Dean so proud with all that butter
Best channel on the tube! Looks amazing.
Happy thanksgiving Bradley.Yes another try.I fry the turkey. You put the whole thing (From Scratch) together.!

I really want to know more about the plate thing you're using to heat the pan when you made the clarified butter...Happy Thanksgiving!
Ah yes, the classic carving fork and knife today.
You went all out on this one man. Nicely done! You get all the kudos 👏!
This looks absolutely delicious, but I have to say my FAVORITE part of the entire video is when you said, "star anus." You're the hero we don't deserve.

I came back to watch it again
“It’s corn!” had me DYING 😂😂😂
Have you ever thought about doing a charcuterie episode. With different meats and pickled things?
"Doin' it right!" - Thanks Brad! - Cheers!
Hey Bradley, I have to know, what are you using for your heat source when you put that cast iron looking little thing on top of your cutting board? Do you heat that up crazy hot first or something, I'm confused. Lol

Doing the lord's work over here!!!
Bien echo mis respetos una gran receta un 100 de calificacion. Saludos y bendiciones desde tijuana
Where can I get the hob (flat top cooker) that you use in this video when you make the cranberry sauce?
Funny, I was about to order 8 cans of the wagyu tallow myself last week to do the same but had second thoughts and i salted / seasoned it instead and injected it the other night. Doubt it’s going to stay in there after throwing it in the fryer but I’m sure it’ll do something
oh yes. making this on my kamado this weekend. and yes, got the spray.
Amazing video as always, Bradley! Happy thanksgiving!
I knew someone would deep fry a Turkey in tallow and I should have known it would be you! Amazing looking meal.
I'm slipping into a food coma just watching this... Excellent video!
A lot of time and effort into this video! Thanks for the content, fried turkeys are making a big comeback this year. Looking forward to your Christmas feast video
