I love my periods. I had a friend who never got her periods. She used to cry and was so frustrated. She used to say to me that how lucky I am to get periods every month. Don't hate your periods. Not having periods is much more painful and frustrating.

I can relate to this a lot. I also had my PCOS where in 9th grade I didn't get my periods for one year and this happened in 10th also. My mom took me to a gynecologist and she said that I have PCOS. I still have it, struggling with my body every day, doing Surya Namaskar which makes you regulate your periods and eating healthy. Everyone teased me at school that how fat I am, but nobody ever asked me why and what was the reason. But I am still battling and hope one day I will become successful.

And no one understands me . And this year I am having my board exam and don't want this thing should effect my studies but this is effecting my studies now I am exhausted with this. Now I just want to live alone not even with my family . I just want to live alone . Don't know what is going to happen in my life . Here, because I was diagnosed with PCOS late 2019....I've been struggling. Having irregular periods or no periods at all. I can miss my period for 90 days and more, only to have it for one day. I have gained so much weight, yet I am the healthiest eater in my family... Nothing seems to help keep the weight off and its been taking a toll on my self confidence... PCOS, is literally the worst thing to happen to a woman. From hormonal outrages, to depressive episodes and just not wanting to talk to anyone... I have discovered a ridiculous amount of hair, on my arms, legs and down my spine line on my back... Not getting started on the ance. Gosh, my acne is so bad. If its not ance, than its the terrible acne scars... Can we talk about the fact that you get hungry all the time??? How about the amount of abdominal pain you get from day to day activity?? What about bowel pain from doing stuff around the house??? Insomnia?? The headaches?? Or signs that your period is coming, and it actually doesn't come? You feel yourself ovulating, but no period? The feeling of bloating? Like, you're so heavy all the time!😩😭

Hey my fellow pcos suffering girls i swear doing regular exercise especially that targets your abdomen area would help a lot. I was not getting my periods even after 5-6 months. I was so tensed.saw a gynecologist and she gave me meds my periods came . But then again there was no sign of them. As soon as I started regular exercise that requires your abdomen and lower body strength my periods started . It was like a miracle for me. I am so stress free now.
So exercise is really really imp . Just don't loose hope. Keep exercising and it would get regular gradually.

Are you among saying there's no cure for PCOS- ? I recommended DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on TH-cam who the herbal blood flows in his veins, is a great the sickness and diseases can't cured doesn't exist. Thank you doctor 🤓🤓🌿

My gf told me that she had PCOD. She wanted to share something and may be she was very unhappy. Something was troubling her. She would have frequent mood swings. I never understood why she behaved in a particular way. She would not talk to me for days. We broke up. I didn't know what girls go through during periods. I regret it now. May be I should have behaved a bit better.
