Sherwin Williams just released their 2023 paint forecast! These colors are important to know as we move into the next year because these colors will influence more than paint. Whether you're looking at home decor or furniture these colors will be popping up for living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and offices. This year Sherwin Williams organized them into four different palettes.Which one of these are you most looking forward to?

The only color I will use year after year and every season is green. Truly a classic color.
Same. I’m a neutral gal, but green has always been my go-to for color.
Haha I have used SW Contented in all 4 houses I have owned and am about to use it in house 5 😍I think it is a perfect neutral
Minus the last pallet, the color trends are earthy. We could all use the calming, serene, grounding feel of the earth.
Some people decorate once and they are done. Other people like their environment to change. Thankfully there is no right or wrong, but if you're wanting a small change (vase, pillow, rug) or a big change due to moving house or renovations etc., then this video is chockful of inspiration. A few years ago I painted our bedroom a color similar to "Likeable Sand" and included our slanted ceilings in the paint color, so our room feels like a comforting, calming, rejuvenating we-cave. I absolutely love it. I love that this is now an "in" color for 2023. Haha. Do what you love and trends may eventually "follow" you, even if it takes years.

We painted the exterior of our home, Pinky Beige a few months ago. We're on a main/busy road and at first got a lot of "you painted your home THAT color?!" But I think it's grown on our neighbors ....lol. We get a lot of compliments now for going outside what's trending.

The first thing I did this morning was to have a coffee and watch this video. Then I went out to drive Uber around Fairbanks, Alaska. When I had customers from Georgia I mentioned you and they watch your vlog! How cool is that! Now about the colors. I love my condo colors - Baby Fawn and Kendall Charcoal. I added some sparkle to the bathroom with blue and gold wallpaper and then brought the blue/green into the living room. Later a peach/orange color came into the mix serendipitously and so when I chose the tile backsplash I ended up with a peach, blue and green tile from Wayfair. The whole space feels very connected now. SO. I like bits of the new pallet.
I have a living room, first room visible in the whole house and it needs a reboot. However, I still dearly love my neutral gray tones in my family room and bedroom. They are still bringing me joy. I lived with white walls and beige in my bedroom for more than 10 years and I'm not going back. But now I need to incorporate the grays in the rest of the house with the gold-beige furniture I am holding onto because it still looks great and fits the front room. I think I will find the blend working with the neutrals in these pallette. Thanks for sharing them along with your ideas for incorporating them into our homes.
Looks like Sherman Williams decided to hedge its bets, took a version of every colour in the rainbow and said this is what is on trend next year
Hey Lady, it's probably just me....but it appears like beige and I ain't going back there again (30 years +). I did my time! Lol. But it's pretty though.

My aesthetics are still the neutral black, white with a touch of natural wood and gold accent. These colors are to
"wild" for me. I also add cheetah print where I can, sparingly.

Personally, I am so tired of grey that I'm glad to see so many other colors!! Most of outside are beautiful shades of green and blue because they're so soothing, and we don't tire of them. Also so many shades of brown are coming back, and I, for one am glad. Earthy colors are me. It's fun a can of paint can bring out our individuality, and doesn't cost all that much. I’ve used Iron Ore for 12 years. I love it. We painted built ins, island, doors etc… white and black are my fav then add a pop of color with accent pieces. It never gets old to me. I think it’s classic.

Omg the Maine color of my house is Shitake and I also used iron ore and Wasabi green. Everyone who comes into my home says how calm it is. And I also have black wall behind my bed the rest of the walls are shitake it feels good to be ahead of the trend lol

I love the second palette, biome, it's quite similar to what I have in my home. I live close to nature (a river runs passed my windows) so I've embraced a very natural pallete. I even have some soft yellow, but it's with natural beeswax candles so it doesn't feel artificial, or sometimes some florals.
As someone who really loves color, I can definitely agree that I'm not a fan of the last pallette either. My favorite is Biome. It feels sophisticated and far from trendy. I'm also a big fan of sage colors and silver greys. They're just so calming, and they work well with my soft leathers and wood furniture.
Please do videos on North, South, East, west colors. Getting the right amount of light makes paint come to life.
Biome is definitely my favourite palette, but there are colours in all of these palettes that I would use in my home! Beautiful!!

Personally I love the first 2 pallets. I’m more muted in my style but I do love a pop of color in pillows or art! Thanks for sharing all these color pallets with us. So fun to see. I can’t wait to see what the color of the 2023 will be.

We have started using peel-n-stick wallpaper, as they come in a variety of shades and patterns. Also, it's a more affordable option for people like me who don't follow "trends", but rather, enjoy switching things up! 😉
The university in the town I live in uses green and yellow and Daffy Duck as their mascot so every time I see green and yellow together it looks like an over zealous football fan to me.
But that pink ish orange with all of those tan neutrals and some black pop s! Delicious!

Biome is so us! We already have 3 of those colors on walls in our home. My husband and son are ADHD and they both find the dusty greenish blue shades relaxing and calming. Thank you for spotlighting these color pallets.
I love the Lore colors, I think Sherman Williams did a good job at grabbing lots of colors for lots of divers cultures. I like it’s not just one color! I think it helps everyone make their home more home! And you can select what speaks to you. Also, I love that you don’t exclude certain ideas about homes, it’s personal space and nothing is really wrong, or gross, maybe it’s not you, but I love that you say be you. It one of the best thing about your channel.

Congrats on 300K! I’ve been watching your content for a year now and just love your style! As far as the color palettes, I agree I prefer the first two, especially biome. I’m thinking of getting more green accessories this year to bring that color into my neutral home.
I love the last palette but not the top row. The bottom are right up my valley. The skyline steel on the walls with an indigo couch and black magic and homestead brown accents would be beautiful!!
Seventies earth tones are back! Avocado Green, Burnt Orange, Harvest Gold and Chocolate Brown flashback.
Well, this video came at a perfect time! I just decided to redo everything in my house and paint is always a dilemma for me. I’m going toward a more neutral pallet from a more colorful pallet. I love the first two. I’m going to show them to the family and see what they think. Thank you!

My favorite is no.1 and especially no.2 palette
I love seeing the colour palettes as you can use them in your accessories & be sure it all goes together well. I do find their description/introduction for the palettes funny though 😁, it's paint!! I'm not into all that arty farty stuff, I totally appreciate the lovely words, but to me it's just paint!!

I felt with the first two pallets that I was back in the 80’s. Had walls, bed linen and accessories etc in those colours. Think I’ll just stick with my white walls.
My favorite color palette is Origin. Will definitely be using, Skyline Steel, Pure White, Indigo, black magick with a sprinkling of pepperry. And will be adding gold as my hardware. This will work great in the South African climate.
Last pallet reminds me of those old Nike wind breakers from the early 90's
I've used Silvermist for many years. It goes great with Swedish antiques. I would not use any of the other colors in the four trends, not even the right white for me. But, they will all be gone in 12 months. I'll keep using Silvermist.

Evergreen fog is the color I chose for an accent with my front door and side panels. The trim is going to be a soft cream color or light taupe in the brown color family.
I think I like using muted tones with black, more like you Valentina. Down the road, if I change and want more color, it will be so much easier to add it to a neutral base. My muted toned house also lets me add seasonal items easier, too.

I would love to see a video on how to transform a more Modern classical style into modern. At the moment I have a more eclectic classical vibe and I would like to slowly go more minimal and modern. That would be such a great video!😉

fabulous mine colors are more from the second pallet the soft green and the soft browns earthy.
I know the earthy creamy dusty blushy colors are very stylish, but I personally can't deal with them on big surfaces. Cool tones of greys and greens on the other hand feel clean and calming and are always my go to!
That first palette reminds me of contour make up colors.
Biome is what speaks to me and is already the color palette I use in my home. Guess I’m ahead of the times.

I've been watching your channel for several months and I love your style, color choices, and joy for life and work. My favorite colors are purples, blues, and greens and have been throughout my life. These are the colors that I wear with black. I love the calmness of your colors and designs and I crave that calmness in my home. After watching this video all the way through and thinking through my feelings of the different paletts Origin fits me best. That being said I need help to incorporate my favorites into a calm, cohesive way in my home. I've been thinking about painting and now I've found my palette.

Ioved these pallets. We're building a farmhome. Like you i like neutrals and warm colors like the rock outside and my fireplace. I'm going to have medium stain on the knotty alder cabinets with matte black appliances so I need to pick a color for the open plan. I would like to stain the floors. I haven't decided on the color but i love bronze. My sink will be a copper. I sort of know what I like, but i don't know what color to pick for the wall and granite. Love your ideas.

I love how excited you get over design…. It is contagious…I try to be more thoughtful about my purchases….. and I definitely lean towards origins… but I am digging lore….
Looks like a make up pallet. Foundation & Blush colors.
I prefer the first two pallets but enjoy a few of the other colours from the last two pallets. I actually have some of the colours in my home now. My living room is a navy with, saffron coloured accent wall and I've accented with some pillows in greys, soft muted pinks, violets and earthy browns. They all look lovely together.
My only problem is I love them all. Each color palette inspired me I. Different ways. Houston I got problems 😍😂!!!
The 1st 2 are my favorite because that is basically what I already have in my own home. I will stick with that because I am not one to do a lot of changing. I prefer to stick with neutrals and change my furniture or accessories to update here and there. I also tend to buy things that are classic that I will want to keep for years to come as we tend to hang on to things for about 10+ years.

Love the Color palettes! I’ve always been a beige/taupe person. In the past few years I have done the grays & now I find myself replacing the gray with taupe. 🤩
I did not like gray at all. I am a taupe person too. I need warmth in the colors of my home.
