The Thomson-East Coast Line Stage 4 (TEL4) just opened for passenger service on June 23, 2024! It consists of seven new stations that serve residents in the eastern part of Singapore. These stations are:
Tanjong Rhu
Katong Park
Tanjong Katong
Marine Parade
Marine Terrace
Siglap
Bayshore
With TEL4 operational, there are now 27 out of 32 TEL stations open. The remaining stations will be completed by 2026, and there are plans to extend the line all the way to Changi Airport by the mid-2030s.

TEL4 is expected to improve connectivity for residents in the east, reducing travel times and making it easier to get around. Trains will arrive at frequencies of three minutes during peak hours and six minutes during off-peak hours.
