Cardboard is not a clean paper. It is manufactured from recycled paper and may contain abrasive agents such as gravel. I would put some protective film over the screen.
@@eze4142I work at a tech store and we can't let customers transport a tv above 50" laying down. The reason is cos modern TVs are so thin that if they're laying down and there's any movement or bumps, it can cause the display to flex, crack and distort and it's not something that's covered under warranty (obviously), so it's important they stand upright.
They moved a little too quickly and the plastic wrap looks a little too tight for my taste but the tv looks like it’s not going to bend and seems well protected.

This is horrible of OLEDs are thing not to mention cardboard rubbing on the screen I would kill the movers if they did that to my tv!
