I'm a coach, runner and hiker. This shoe has fallen into my coaching work shoe. It's very stable, and does very well in the mud grass. It will hold up on hikes, nothing technical. It's a little to heavy for running but I've run in them. This is the best all-around shoe that I have. It's very comfortable and keeps water out well. Very durable.
I just received these shoes, I have Normal to Wide feet. Normally I take a 10.5 for all my other Nike, it was recommended to go half to a full size up as they apparently run small. I don’t find that to be the case and after buying the size 11 I found the shoe to be a little bit longer than I would like. I will keep them. Looking down at your feet these look substantial on your feet, I normally buy only Pegasus which tend to be a narrower shoe. They are a very nice looking and well made shoe, excellent support in the heel and toe box. If you are buying the Gore-tex model I wouldn’t size up. If you are buying the fly knit maybe size up half to a full size.
I just ordered 10.5 which is my regular size at Nike and I am kinda anxious due to the Gore-tex version that I might need 11. I also have normal to wide feet, so thanks for the info mate so much appreciated!
@@harrisgmts8688 anytime mate, I decided to keep the size 11, they are a little big maybe 4mm, but I think properly laced up they will work great for running. Let me know how you get on with yours.
Mate just received them. This is the weirdest fitting I have ever experienced! In terms of length is super. Width is not good not bad either. The instep is really tight!(How is your instep at 11?) I guess they must be flattened by wearing.
@@harrisgmts8688 hey buddy, mine are quite loose around the instep. I decided to keep them but they definitely fit weird. I have a lot of Nike running shoes, just purchased the Zegama and wow they are fantastic. Hope your shoes end up working out for you pal.
Probably quite well on fresh snow, but not well on anything that is packed down. The lugs of the tread is quite small, and they are designed for road running.
@@Larsschmidt14 Well it's strange that Nike lists a US 9 as UK 8. So that's basically a half size up for UK runners. For the rest of us that means we should size 1/2 up.

I appreciate the transparent review. Thank you
Bought these shoes and I am surprised how good it is compared to all negative reviews I have seen it about it!

Beautiful shoe, but 382 grams??
Very interesting, thanks so much !! A question please... how do you think it might be for snow conditions?? Thanks

@@englishguy1985 Ah yes, thanks so much!!👍🏻🙏🏻
Do you feel like these will get stinky from the gore-tex
Can this be used on snow? Thank you.
Would this be good for travelling and lots of walking?
Thank you for the review! Hoping you guys get your hands on an Asics Nimbus TR for review 😁
Can you wash them at 30C?
I currently wear Hokas and am trying to get away from a thick soles. Would you/anyone here say this sole is thinner than a Hoka?
What does that symbol near the back side mean?
Is it true to size or do I need to size up like the flyknit version?
He mentioned this in the video

@@RowOfMushyTiT EXACTLY!! Gosh it gets so frustrating sometimes the VERY different "interpretations" of sizing between EU, UK and US!! 🤦🏻♀🤷🏻♀
@@bev9708 Northface is the worst, they list a US 9 as a UK 8/ EU 42. You need to buy in the US size and ignore others.
@@RowOfMushyTiT Ohhh interesting!! I've only got one pair of TNF shoes, which I chose according to the length in cm. Thanks for the warning!!🙋🏻♀
Expected Moore
I have no idea how you say this is a roomy shoe. There is NO volume top to bottom if you have any sort of normal volume foot.
