Thank you for the review. I just found my local Nike selling the Infinity 4 on clearance. I'm not a professional runner but with the Invincible 3(at that price I'd rather get a Nimbus) at more than double the price, the Infinity just made sense.
The Invincible 3 is a disappointment compared to the Invincible 1 or 2. The upper is coated with what feels like plastic which makes it stiffer compared to the Invincible 1 or 2. The midsole is about the same, so there isn't anything new there. The Invincible line has always been about max cushion and it delivers on that. I picked up the Infinity Run 4 two days ago and it's been a pleasant surprise. I was ready to hate it based on reviews I've seen because of the added weight and stiffer React X midsole. I have to say though, it's a very comfortable shoe and I hardly notice the extra weight. The React X is definitely firmer compared to the regular React used in the Infinity Run 3 (which I also really liked), but it's still bouncy and provides good energy return. The upper is also way better compared to the Invincible 3. I would pick the Infinity Run 4 over the Invincible 3 if I only had to choose one.
This is why I love running and the world of running shoe reviews because the invincible is one of my go to running shoes to date. I love that show so much for the comfort it provides. With that said, it’s also important for me to acknowledge that not everyone will like every shoe so well explained and your comment WILL help others

I’ve been using infinity 2 since covid 400km now but i had a long term injury in 2023. im still using it today. i went to the store today and tried out infinity 4 and invincible 3. Didn’t watch any reviews but i decided on invincible 3. I saw this video after buying them and I think i made the right choice. While i would swear on infinity run, it’s good to try out something new. I mean how bad can it be right?? Bought pegasus last month and i still prefer infinity run. Cant wait to try out tomorrow..

Not everyone likes the Invincible Run , naturally since we’re all so different, BUT so many of us absolutely love love love it, all versions even!! It just makes you wanna go running !!! AND extremely long-wearing too!! Imho one of the all-time best!!

I'm not sure if it is just myself getting excited by Nike again. Last year, I only used from them the Pegasus 39. But this year, I finally got Pegasus 40 ,a few days ago, and I totally loved it. It got me excited to get later on by the end of the year, the Structure 25 and the Vomero 17 ! Can't wait for the comparisons bettewn the new Vomero VS the Wave Sky 7, Gel-Nimbus 25, etc !
They are definitely spicing things up. Nike makes my favourite running shoe of all time, the Vaporfly. I love Nike shoes. The invincible is an amazing cushion shoe
@@Dramatello i ended buying the Vomero 17 for last. From these high cushioning shoes from Nike , all have at least 80 miles of running or I don't have it anymore ( Infinity Run 4). What I liked the most was the Structure 25 and then the Vomero 17. The Infinity Run 4 was the heaviest, but was the one I have used the most, before donating them, and they were the fastest cushioning running shoes from Nike for my style of running. The Invincible 3 are great too if they last long enough. My pair unglued part of the upper connecting to the middlesole. So I retired them for walking after 130 miles ran. The other 3 cushioning shoes from Nike have better durability.
Love the video. I’m 5’10 240lbs I have both shoes I leaned more into infinity 4. Im on my feet all day at work, I’m a thicc guy and wear them for cardio and comfort those work for me 👍

The Invincible 3 feels comfortable, but they feel a bit heavy, it's like I can't run fast in them. I'll keep them, but I going to buy the Infinity Run 4 too.
So… the invincible 3 is literally the best shoe I’ve ever had in terms of cushioning and it’s for that reason I only use it for easy or zone 2 runs. It’s definitely a slow shoe. It’s for the kind of run you do just to enjoy yourself or listen to music and pace is not a factor
I've owned the Pegasus 40, 39, 38, etc and also Invincibles, but never Infinity models. When comparing all three, I definitely prefer the feel of the Invincible models. Infinity has a bit of a strange feel to me. The main thing I feel is that the forefoot feels like it isn't cushioned enough in comparison to the heel. Both of the Pegasus and Invincible feel balanced in their own way.
Fair opinion I think. Can’t argue with that at all. I also think that the Invincible is the gold standard for max cushion shoes. It’s an all time favourite of mine

I agree with you. I have both and prefer the Invincible for the max cushioning. The Invincible is more enjoyable to run in. The Infinity one has a firmer cushioning - still decent though.
I'm a cushioning guy, too, even though I'm only 135 lbs. Currently enjoying the Nimbus. I didn't really consider the Invincible because I like a hint of stability and Nike has a reputation for being a bit narrow.

For my easy runs and long runs I loved the invincible one and two but I found the foam in the three too firm and jarring when running. The three also lost the soft tongue and heel. I ordered the worlds last remaining invincible two’s that I could find in my size but what should I buy next?
This is the beauty of running and individuality because to me, the invincible 3 is literally my favourite max cushion easy day shoe. I would also suggest considering New Balance More V 4
I really want the infinity run 4 but i heard you get most of the cushion if you're a heel striker. Im a midfoot/forefoot striker depending on the speed and I don't think the infinity RN4 isnt for me. I did love the invincible 3 but the outsole started peeling so unfortunately I had to return it
I wouldn’t let that put your because that the common structure of running shoes and I wouldn’t it’s exceptionally different in this shoe. The general solution is possible going with a zero drop shoe if you want consistent midsoles.
One thing not mentioned here is stability. Which could be implied given heel lock issues. I recently murdered my ankle on a run and I believe that if I had taken out my infinities that day, I wouldn’t have had the severe sprain I was awarded by the stick in my path.
I have a pair of invincible run 3. The upper is absolutely horrible. That makes them quite uncomfortable. The invincible run 2 have a great upper and the midsole feels the same. So the second is way better than the third. I wanted to get the infinity run 4, but the colorway I liked is unavailable in my size. I hope it restocks some time.
The tongue is such a big deal. I have the Invincible Run 3 and i like the shoe for the most oart but that tongue makes it really picky. If you keep it a little looser then you get heel slip and if you you tighten the shoe that tongue creates one hell of a hotspot if it doesn't lay perfect.
Helloo Aubrey..i am a new runner..everytime i run for a week my shin starts to pain so much that i can't even walk after running.my weight is 75 kg.i can not continue running more than 2 weeks every time..can u suggest a good shoe which will ease my pain while running ?
I promise you it’s nothing to do with shoes. It’s all to do with strength and getting your body ready for the running your doing either the pace or the mileage. Speak to a running physio

In my experience the Infinity Run 4 is a better option than Nike Invincible Run 3. My Nike Vomero 17 is the best in my rotation followed by the Infinity Run 4 and then Pegasus 40.
Infinity Run 1 had a known "knot" on the middle instep. Don't know why. I sold them. Many didn't like it. The later iterations of the Infinity have that knot? Invincible 3 has BAD heel slippage.
Which of these 2 would you recommend as a Every Day Shoe for people with more weigh? And does the amount of cushion influences the stability of the shoe, especially in use with more weight?🤔
Ive got both, i prefer the infinity runs as the invincible 3 are good i get blisters from them, i prefer the invisible 2 over the 3 but the infinity 4 looks better and is more stable
That is a tough question to answer because it’s highly personal. I don’t think it’s an answer anyone can give you to be honest. I’m definitely not qualified to answer you, I’m so sorry wish I could help
The best shoes are the ones that are comfortable for you. You just need to try and try it on, if there is a treadmill in the store, be sure to try it or go for a run in the park. Feel them on yourself and leave only the one you like best. Good luck to your channel.😊👍
I like your chanel, I really do like what you try to do here, but seriously any person who say nike invincible is good easy recovery shoe - is full of shit- it is not - zoom x is not good compound - especially without plate to give it properly needed, zoom x on its own - as in invincible- is mushy dead fome which only make your running worse - in my case slower cadence.. but I'm 100kg runner (not overweight) but runner who prefer weight lifting and running is second

We will all have views which reflect our personal experiences which is exactly how it should be! I tried to love to love the infinity as well but the invincible is amazing for me
I went up half a size and was glad I did. I’ve compared the insoles with invincible run 3’s, they’re the same in length and width. The overall fit feels like my true size. If I went with my true size in infinity run 4, it’d have been too snug.

I’d say the infinity is more stable but I still prefer the invincible. That’s one of my all time favourites
The tongue is such a big deal. I have the Invincible Run 3 and i like the shoe for the most oart but that tongue makes it really picky. If you keep it a little looser then you get heel slip and if you you tighten the shoe that tongue creates one hell of a hotspot if it doesn't lay perfect.
Oh man, I’m sorry you’ve had such an experience. This is where running shoes are very tricky because they are highly personal.

Helloo Aubrey..i am a new runner..everytime i run for a week my shin starts to pain so much that i can't even walk after running.my weight is 75 kg.i can not continue running more than 2 weeks every time..can u suggest a good shoe which will ease my pain while running ?
I promise you it’s nothing to do with shoes. It’s all to do with strength and getting your body ready for the running your doing either the pace or the mileage. Speak to a running physio

Definitely infinity run I’d say
In my experience the Infinity Run 4 is a better option than Nike Invincible Run 3. My Nike Vomero 17 is the best in my rotation followed by the Infinity Run 4 and then Pegasus 40.
That’s fair enough, my top choice would have to be the Invincible 3 for sure.
Infinity Run 1 had a known "knot" on the middle instep. Don't know why. I sold them. Many didn't like it. The later iterations of the Infinity have that knot? Invincible 3 has BAD heel slippage.

Ive got both, i prefer the infinity runs as the invincible 3 are good i get blisters from them, i prefer the invisible 2 over the 3 but the infinity 4 looks better and is more stable

The best shoes are the ones that are comfortable for you. You just need to try and try it on, if there is a treadmill in the store, be sure to try it or go for a run in the park. Feel them on yourself and leave only the one you like best.

I like your chanel, I really do like what you try to do here, but seriously any person who say nike invincible is good easy recovery shoe - is full of shit- it is not - zoom x is not good compound - especially without plate to give it properly needed, zoom x on its own - as in invincible- is mushy dead fome which only make your running worse - in my case slower cadence.. but I'm 100kg runner (not overweight) but runner who prefer weight lifting and running is second

I even know people that love to race in the Invincible 3 and that preference has to be respected. For me personally, I love the invincible 2 and 3 for a zone 2 run (122 to 137bpm). Just a personal preference

Invincible very stiff at the top heel can’t resist pain where react 4 comfortable enough at least for a walk and training.

I’d agree. I would do the same but the materials are very forgiving but it’s better getting it right the first time. Go up half a size
I went up half a size and was glad I did. I’ve compared the insoles with invincible run 3’s, they’re the same in length and width. The overall fit feels like my true size. If I went with my true size in infinity run 4, it’d have been too snug.
