Absolutely loved the vibes of this video; it's pretty chill and just focused on photography and the b roll is just *chef's kiss*. I was completely sucked in; keep it up!
I recently ordered my fuji xh1 refurbished, my first camera. While doing research on which camera to buy I also came across ricoh camera! now truly understood what it is capable of !!! great work . kudos!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I just met your channel. Fascinating! Loving the pace and images. I really love my Fuji but I wish they bring back the x70, because this Ricoh it's just to good. Well done!
Love your videos! I think you’ve definitely convinced me to get a Ricoh. I’m also looking for an affordable full frame dslr for wide landscape shots and some film work, anything you would recommend? Thanks
8:51 is the kind of scene you dream of coming across while out shooting! In B&W it would have a very HC Bresson vibe. Personally, I don't like this kind of camera for street because it makes you stand out as so obviously taking photos - you have to hold the camera out in front of you to compose. I prefer slightly less tiny camera that has a viewfinder so that you can hold it to your eye and be more discrete/compact. As the great street shooter Matt Stewart says "elbows in!" By having your elbows in you don't present the silhouette of someone taking a photo. Of course, if someone is looking straight at you it doesn't matter what camera or stance you are in, they can still see you're taking a photo. But you'll be in the peripheral vision of most people, and a straight up silhouette doesn't register as someone shooting. Whereas elbows out or, as in the case of the Ricoh, hands out in front of you immediately registers as a shooter and might draw attention.
Thanks for the video. Great content. I was wondering what you think about the video function of this camera in terms of quality and its micro? Have you done the video also with the Ricoh GRIII ? Thanks and best wishes
Beautiful shots both video and photo. I love the mood of the overcast suburb on the sea. ✨ Would you ever consider the ZV1 as a video camera to keep your whole set up small when doing these GR videos? I have a small 800ml hip pack from Puma with my GRIII on one side and the Canon G7XII on the other. They both fit next to each other and the pouch isn't even that big. It's actually kind of crazy. 😂
I like the full frame look and slog3 on my a7iv. But it is heavy indeed. So far I don’t think of replacing it but I am always in look for good cheap small lenses when I use my a7iv for video
I like how natural photos the GR3 takes compared to like iPhone. I have even been considering shooting jpeg only to save cloud space, since I don’t care to edit raws anymore. How do you get off the I need those just in case mentality?😂
beautiful videos and photos, But the music is a bit too loud, which makes it a bit annoying to listen to it for a long time. Hope to add more ambient sounds.
Love your eye for good frames man. Your ability to make a photograph out of any scenario is incredible
Thanks 😊
Framing is not so easy with the 28mm, and it looks really good!
I love the color that came out from this camera. Especially after you edited using your presets

Ricoh GR3 is really suitable for street shooting, not aggressive at all. And nice photos, thanks for sharing!

Good point, I should try shooting elbows in more ;)

Thank you so much.
Btw. The video is so nice.

No the video on the Ricoh is terrible haha
Man love your style! 👍 what did you use for video?

No problem 😊
Do you shoot using one of the film simulation on the camera or standard ?
I edit all my images with my Lightroom Presets available on my website :)
Beautiful shots both video and photo. I love the mood of the overcast suburb on the sea. ✨

@@adriensanguinetti and which lens are you now putting on the a7iv to make it compact and able to produce these amazing footages?
That was beautiful😊
Thank you! 😊
Have you ever tried the RNI all films profiles?
Never tried them
beautiful vlog
Thank you 😊
Adrien, your video and photo are awesome as usual! Please tell me, what metering mode you use? and WB is auto?
Thanks! Usually multi metering and adjust the exp compensation. Wb always in auto ;)
I really enjoy your videos. (It made me nervous to see water on your GR, though!)
Thanks! Haha risky right 😅
What camera was used to film?
My sony a7iv ;)
Hi, may I know how you mount your GoPro, is it on the bag?
Yes, with a clip
beautiful again! .. would like to learn from you... best whishes from vienna!!
Thank you very much!
Hi also the video is from Ricoh Camera? ☺️, and is there a film sim for this camera as well? Like the fujifilm cameras?
No the video was captured with the sony a7iv. There are simulations but they are not that great in my opinion 😅
@@adriensanguinetti thank you brother! 🙏🏻 ありがたい☺️
Are you using any simulations?
He mentions many times in the video that his pictures are edited from the presets he made himself :)
Edited with my presets I confirm;)
I like how natural photos the GR3 takes compared to like iPhone.
I have even been considering shooting jpeg only to save cloud space, since I don’t care to edit raws anymore. How do you get off the I need those just in case mentality?😂
I don’t haha. I shoot RAW, edit my photos and probably will continue do that forever
Awesome shots :)
Thanks a lot!
What film simulation is this? Looks amazing.
None haha I shoot RAW and edit the pictures with my presets, available on my website ;)
Do you have a GRIII Simulation recommandation for a very bright/sunny day if i want to make my pictures look like Kodak Gold or Porta 400?
Sorry I don’t shoot Jpeg a lot so I have no clue 😅
Is the video A7IV?
Great stuff 👏🏿👏🏿
Yes it is!
beautiful videos and photos,
But the music is a bit too loud, which makes it a bit annoying to listen to it for a long time. Hope to add more ambient sounds.
Noted ;)
Would like to know your camera settings 🙏🏻 about Mode/positive film?/snap distance priority?
Snap distance priority and no film simulation. I shoot raw and edit all my photos:)
I guess the deers get fed a lot of stuff they shouldn't eat?
Probably yes 😅
An Italian in Japan?
I know my name sounds Italian but I’m Swiss
